• 4th in passer rating (only Kyler, Minshew, and Mac Jones LOL has a better rating)
• 4th in passing under pressure
• 4th in deep pass rating
• 3rd in big time throws (20+ yards)

This is since they got him a starting receiver in Reynolds who isn't even a #1 or #2. Goff been working with backup receivers this entire year.

.......and Goff is on a one win team now, having been discarded by LARams, who gave him all kinds of weapons.

He doesn't suck. The Rams got rid of him because he was inconsistent. At his peak, he outplayed Mahomes (without Gurley) and Brees (without Gurley and Kupp). You can't have inconsistently if you want to win a championship. If he was consistent, they would have never traded him. But his problems can be fix by having a coach that willing to develop him, instead of micro-managing him. Goff love Dan, never seen Goff hug McVay quite the same.

Apples to oranges comparison. Different situation, hell different rookie situations. Goff was thrown to the wolves while Dak had the best O-line in the league.

With that said, if Goff was a Cowboys, everyone would be defending him. It just something funny to think about from all the Dak's/Goff's homer/lover.

Let me ask you this, if Goff played for the Cowboys, do you think they would have discarded him? The Rams have a much higher standard than us. In fact, the Cowboys are willing to be patient and develop Dak, you don't get that chance in LA. LA is SB or bust every year. McVay never developed Goff, he just micromanaged Goff and put a bandage on him, as long as it produce result. Once it stop producing, he discarded Goff.

That will never happen to any Dallas QB. Like I said, different situations. However on the Lions, Goff has time to develop and that make a world of difference. I have never seen Goff this comfortable since 2017/2018. Hell MCDC and Goff is changing the Lions culture around, they are now the league most like team in the league. You got Vikings, Bears, and Packers fans rooting and celebrating with them.

Be happy for Goff man. Dak is a Cowboys, but his ceiling isn't Goff's ceiling. Goff show that he can not only win without McVay, but played like he did in 2018.

Remember the same genius McVay also saw something in Goff, which is why Goff got the contract he did. That talent is still within Goff, it just remained dormant until now.
