Its insane that the highest paid player on our team was the absolute worst player on the entire field today

We need a QB
We won and you are here complaining about the QB. You substitute your crazy Dak hating opinion for reality, expect others to cosign that over reactionary opinion, and then think you are doing something here. So here I am telling you you are indeed doing something. You're showing everyone how crazy you are so thank you for that public service.

The O-line is hot garbage. Just like the entire offense, you just have a boner blaming Prescott for everything. WAY too much pressure. Awful running lanes if there were any and 4 sacks is a lot.

But yeah, it's "fine."

The O-Line is hot garbage? The game you were watching, dak was constantly running for his life?

Earlier in the season, I had Dak as the #14 QB, and I was being dumped on for ranking him so low. Some had Dak as top 5 or *MVP, while majority had Dak in the top 10. Turn out, all of us were being too generous. Dak is in the bottom 1/3 of all QBs.

I had folks on here say that if Dak was on the Lions, they would win more games than with Goff currently. Dak can't even do well even with a stack offense. Goff with no receivers and 49% of the roster being out (covid/flu) is doing better than Dak with a healthy squad. Let never talk about Dak being better than Goff or Wince ever again please.

I also seem to remember that some folks on here mentioned that Dak was better than Herbert as well.

waste of a post he still will be you’re QB for the next 4-5 seasons.

Tom Brady, the GOAT, starting QB for the Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneeers.

.....but nobody remembers the three consecutive INT's he threw late in the NFC championship that year. His first was late in the 3rd quarter and his last was midway through the 4th. Any other team would have lost that game.

However, the Tampa Bay defense won the game for Tom Brady and the Bucs. Two out of three of those INT's resulted in a 3 and out.

Nobody remembers that.

Tony Romo once threw five INT's in a single game, two of them were pick 6's. There were no calls to remove him. Do you remember why? The Cowboys won! Do you think Romo was the reason they won? Of course not! The defense held the Bills to a three and out after three of those turnovers.

Dak is hurt and it is affecting his productivity. He is still recuperating from a compound fracture and the Cowboys defense did what it was supposed to do, they had Dak's back in return for the many times the offense had to cover for the defense. Playing with injuries will affect stamina by producing fatigue quicker than when completely healthy.

Dak. Zeke, and Pollard will eventually recover. Meanwhile, the defense will continue to improve. That is the great equalizer.

Well that 10 days rest seemed to illicit a regression in Dak ;).

I mean, that has to be it, right? Can we get Dak or even the Cowboys organization to admit that?

Perhaps he needs to sit? What good is a playoff berth with a broken Dak Prescott?

OR --> is it not just the injury, but the way defenses are scheming? Doesn't help that Zeke and the running game (sans Pollard) aren't the same as they were earlier in the year.

Bottom line is Dak is struggling. Glad it's coming out in the open right now. Let's see what he intends to do about it...

When was this player great?
Yes, there were games against sub-par teams esp when Zeke made the PA pass a force that he had some bright games but beyond that how many playoff games did he win?
Common the word Great or Elite should no way be associated in any sentence with Raynes name.
Go with average or below average when referring to the talents of #4.
Watch how great he looks against the Giants coming up.....no need to explain why this will be the case.
Same old Rayne.....since 2016 being carried and carried and carried.....

Can anyone, without bias, homerism or hatism, believe that the Cowboys record would be different if Herbert were still the helm?

I like Dak, but I believe it would be better.

Nothing wrong with expressing concern over the QB when his play has obviously been subpar and a polar opposite from his first 6 games.

Just balancing up last weeks thread that concluded......

......"BOTTOM LINE- the stats don’t always tell the whole story. But it’s still clear- the offense is not the team’s biggest problem. THE PROBLEM THAT MOST NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IS THE DEFENSE."

If the Defense was labelled "THE PROBLEM", last week, then it's only fair to put that moniker on Dak this week.

There are still plenty of us on the fence of Good(very good)/not Elite. I suppose you're right about Herbert, but we are what we are and im happy with the choices the team has made .......the more realistic comparison is: Mac Jones (and CAP saving) Vrs Dak (and Micah)

For years I was all over Dak's play, then after the Tampa game I jumped with both feet onto his bandwagon. Well, I have to admit I'm off his wagon for good. He's looks like he doesn't have a clue on what he is doing. I'm starting to wondering if he might have a few personal issues that's affecting his horrendous play. There's been a few times that I thought he might be loaded with the blank looks he's show when things haven't gone his way. It's time to start Rush a couple of games to get Prescot's head right.............

I admit that he has been bad, but pulling him for Rush is ridiculous.

"The problem" does not migrate from game to game. The problem pretty much is what it is. When you feel the need to be an equal opportunity moniker sharer, you just have an agenda.

He never has been, he's always been average to above average. It has been obvious what he is for years and instead of doing the right thing and moving on, the Cowboys decided to make him one of the highest paid players in history.

He has to be surrounded by elite talent and that talent has to be on every week for Dak to succeed. You don't pay a guy like that.

When you are getting $40 million, you are supposed to be the leader, not the sheep. Is Dak on his way out?

He is absolutely terrible he looks demoralized on the sideline I think he is having some mental health issues or something. He just goes to the sidelines and either looks like he is going to cry or puts his face in a tablet. Not much of a leader.
Now we have a Dr. Phil analysis......unbelievable and blatantly subjective. I'd ask, what is the OC's issue......he just holds a tablet and keeps thinking his play-calling is not being laughed at, all game.

Well the problem DID migrate. Yesterday, the Defense was undoubtedly the strength of the team. The agenda is that there's always an excuse for Dak. That "THE PROBLEM" post issued the declaration that the Defense needed to improve, IT DID.....now it's Dak's turn to reciprocate.
