This is all standard fare, since we haven't had back to back 10 win seasons since 1996. Just a couple of years after the team Jimmy built began to age coupled with Jerry becoming fulltime GM.

Jerry is very consistent at being inconsistent.

Lets wait a bit, run D initially was ok, but once Tampa realized we dont have any offense , they were up by 9 points, they made it easy for their OL , go maul people and let fournette attack physically, our guys started to wear down.

that and the offense constantly going 3 and out didn't help.

You guys realize Jerry has Dak in contract with no trade clause for 4 years ?

he's going to be here next year for sure. the last year of his contract isn't a guarantee that he is still here cause although it would be 40m dead cap, it would save 12-13m for 2024. I could see drafting a qb early and having him sit one year behind dak.

I guess Jerry saying the people he paid the big dollars to need to step it up and perform like it didn’t work out so well. Like I said before Dak folded like a cheap tent when the pressure is on, the pressure came from Jerry last week so yeah it’s his fault.

So, you think Daks job is in jeopardy ? It won’t be for a couple years as he’s under guaranteed contract thru 2023.

Most likely Jethro just blowing off to meet media criticism of not making more moves in offseason to shore up OL and WR.

Agreed. KM should be fired now. He had all off season to scheme up an offense and utilize his weapons. And what did he do. Ran the same plays , make no adjustments and the one thing that was remotely working, went away from. Which according to TB’s defense was exactly what they knew he would do. He has a weapon in Pollard and like the couple years ran the same handful of crappy plays. Then leave him in on 3rd down to block. Used Turpin once or twice. If anyone watched the Commanders game and saw what they did with Samuel's…. That’s the way to use Pollard .. 49rs with Debo. It ain’t rocket science. The fact MM allows this is equally as bad. The entire staff except for Quinn needs to go.

I use to enjoy Landry. He would have a general gameplan each week but scheme on the fly with what the game was dictating- he would have seen Zeke was getting 5 yards per attemnpt and just kept feeding him until they stopped him. He would then see how and counter that. If they brought safety up he'd call passes to spot where the safety moved up from. Safety moves back he'd go right back to feeding Zeke. If they countered another way we would attack the spot that just got opened. He was always countering. That and he always played to the others team weakest player or if they substituted (say a cb) he would test them immediately being they were cold and probably 2nd string. If it worked do it again-try to demoralize him. Landry was always scheming. KM seems to just runs plays for the situation (3rd and 8 pass to CeeDee on right) no matter what the defense shows

Again this Coaching staff signed off on every move...Jerry said so and MM backed it up. No exscuses if you look ridiculous every game without Dak they need to be gone, DQ needs to figure out how to hide Diggs on run defense better and secure the right side or he needs to be gone also. MM/KM had all offseason to speak up and didnt..if the only job they could get is here and thats why they played along they need to go anyway lame duck coaches so tired of it....Jerry dawn the headset and lets get this over with so it can be done once and for all.

No no Dak is safe in fact Jerry being the smart businessman he is might extend him now he can probably get him for 50 million a year 250 million guaranteed.
