Yes and it applies to every offense and every QB that has ever lived. That's why the offensive line is SO important. It's also why I will always favor a mobile QB over a statue.. Brady notwithstanding but we all know after 2008 the league has mandated that no one hit him and that no holding calls will ever be made against his linemen.
Dak did a good job of running out of pressure yesterday but his vision was off for some reason. He did NOT see the field the way we're used to him seeing it. And too many times when he did the receivers let him down. If the guys come down with any one of those and maybe that ignites the offense and the whole team and we're having a different conversation today. But every drop felt like a "you gotta be kidding me" moment.. You add enough of those up and it's bound to effect the whole team. And once you had the blocked punt turned into a first down that was pretty much all she wrote for us.
