Dak's Injury?

I don't think it was the injury at all.
He looked off just like the rest of the team looked off.

The only person I seen that looked like an injury was bothering him was Zeke as he was limping some after plays.

:hammer:

Zeke still had 5.1 YPC and caught some nice balls. so not too worried, hes tough..

No, I never wonder at all. I believe it’s all Legit. Too much to lose if it wasn’t.

The leagues entire Anti Trust existence protection from Congress with their Monopoly on professional football and their collective TV rights would be risking those billions you mentioned. Total legitimacy is paramount.

And there’s no reason to answer any of those other questions because they are all conspiracy based.

As far as refs , no doubt there are bad or inconsistent calls. There’s no perfect situation with human element and subjective scenarios. Shoot I had bad calls when I played Little league and in school. It’s at all levels.

And why instant replay is in place to help correct and verify as many as possible, But again there's no evidence to expand on conspiracy theories.

If there was any evidence or whistleblower at all I’d be first in line to call for an investigation as the integrity of sports and all the billions involved at all levels of competition is at stake.

History has proven that if we had Conspiracy it would come from inside with players or coaches attempting to throw games for gambling.

Too much to lose? Does it even matter if you can’t prove it? Just like the Guvmint—we KNOW something’s off but we can’t do anything about it, or even “prove it”.

Would you do me a favor? Just answer yes or no like this:
1)yes or no
2)yes or no
3)yes or no
4)yes or no
5)yes or no

Thanks.

Actually with the other you mentioned there’s very little evidence of fraud.

And of course it matters if there’s no evidence.

There's no reason to answer all of those as they all play into the basis of Conspiracy. Which is totally unfounded . Why even address it.

You’ve apparently convinced yourself that there could be a conspiracy of some kind against the Cowboys. Let me ask you this. Are there any other teams in sports you believe there’s a Conspiracy against or just the Cowboys?

yeah, let's find more excuses. he always sucks when he gets a little pressure.
LOL. Wow. Dak lead the league until yesterday in TDs, and Comp % if not was in the top 3 when pressured. Stop making up things please. You look silly.

You won’t answer like I asked, because you evidently think your truthful answer would indicate acknowledgement of my point, which perhaps constitutes some sort of acquiescence. What’s that battle cry from the movie Galaxy Quest…”Never give up, never surrender!”

But I will answer YOUR question. No, I don’t think there’s a conspiracy specifically against the Cowboys. I just recognize the possibility that the people that hold the power try to arrange and coerce things to favor their profit making ability. Subjective penalties enable influencing outcomes, aiding their ability to maximize their earnings.

Yep

And definitely should have pulled him at 30-0.

But he was under pressure all day. Putting pressure on QB always disrupts. Denver may have provided a blue print.

This is hardly breaking news.. If you can get into the QB's face all day that greatly enhances your chances of stopping the other team's offense. Any team that can collapse the pocket around the QB is going to have a greater chance of winning.

I’m not obliged to follow any kind of narrative you’re trying to present with your Conspiracy Theories.

If my responses and view haven’t had any effect it’s doubtful any response will alter your unfounded beliefs.

Much to your suspect thoughts the league doesn’t need any such tactics to enhance their riches . The one thing that could hinder and possibly destroy it’s integrity is the concept you’re presenting . And why it’s totally absurd.

Their big business is capable of many injustices and suspect self enduring policies and revenue generating schemes but any conspiracy as such could bring the league down. And why they’d take every precaution in preserving the integrity as such.

You’re right about that. It’s a blueprint which has been used before.

Had nothing to do with injury. He simply stunk. Just like Amari and Lamb sucked…it wasn’t their injuries.

I agree. Every player in the league gets a mulligan game. Most of us will wait for a pattern to be established before making a judgement on any player in the league

Yes and it applies to every offense and every QB that has ever lived. That's why the offensive line is SO important. It's also why I will always favor a mobile QB over a statue.. Brady notwithstanding but we all know after 2008 the league has mandated that no one hit him and that no holding calls will ever be made against his linemen.

Dak did a good job of running out of pressure yesterday but his vision was off for some reason. He did NOT see the field the way we're used to him seeing it. And too many times when he did the receivers let him down. If the guys come down with any one of those and maybe that ignites the offense and the whole team and we're having a different conversation today. But every drop felt like a "you gotta be kidding me" moment.. You add enough of those up and it's bound to effect the whole team. And once you had the blocked punt turned into a first down that was pretty much all she wrote for us.

Even most of his ardent supporters are......it’s just a few that are making excuses

I guess I'm just weird but I don't consider analyzing what went wrong to be "making excuses." Maybe It's the engineer in me that wants to deconstruct the sequence of events like debugging code to determine where things went off the rails. The injury? The time change? Wrong setting on the sleep number bed? It's all on the table.. The whole team wet the bed yesterday and I don't think it's out of bounds to try to figure out why. I mean don't you have McCarthy on speed dial so you can call him with the solution when you find it? :p

Any QB can have an off day.

But the blueprint stands as stacking the line stifling our running game and forcing Dak to beat defenses over the stop still stands. Fortunately not all teams or defenses have the ability to execute.

Stop the run and make the other team one dimensional is the goal of pretty much every defense in NFL history. This is hardly unique to Dak. And several teams have tried stacking the line and been lit up for 400+ yards and 3+ TDs. If he has an off day like yesterday then the plan will work but he doesn't have a lot of these games.. Maybe 3 or 4 in his last 20 if I recall correctly. But you do have to wonder how different his stat line and really the whole game would have looked if the guys had made those catches for him.. Especially the ones in the second quarter when it looked like we might seize momentum. But they can't afford to linger over it. What's done is done.. They need about 10 times the level of energy and effort against Atlanta.. or the sky really WILL start falling..

Ive been saying he played like GARBAGE. lol. And you know my thoughts on Dak. Being objective is normal after a game like that. Dak played bad, the line played bad, even the cheerleaders looked off yesterday and I spent A LOT of time watching them other than the game. They werent even in sync.

Giving yes or no answers isn’t following a narrative. I’m merely asking you to CONSIDER thinking outside the box. But no, anything outside your accepted realities is “conspiracy talk”, huh? #46 loves us too, right? Does “preserving integrity” align with the current state of officiating?

There were many contributing factors to our loss yesterday . And our QB was one of them. Superman does have a kryptonite:)
