Dak's running may help for a bit, but it will end badly

I especially like how OP cited a QB who was in the Super Bowl just this past year and a former MVP as their points of the argument lol

Running quarterbacks are again a fad in the NFL.
But just like before, and just like the Ravens found out and the Eagles, and the Falcons with Vick, the NFL shied away from running quarterbacks because they eventually get hurt, and leave their team without a starter.
Dak was a running quarterback in college and his passing was bad. This is nothing new.
I guess you are hurt that your team the Vikings QB is out for the season. So you start another hate on Dak thread.

Just because he's mobile doesn't mean he's a running qb, are you a true Cowboy fan or do you just not watch football!?. Serious question because this offense is NOT going to open up and be what it can be if there is not a least a THREAT of Dak using his legs. 80% of the QBs in the league uses their legs when needed ....gut. I bet he'll get hurt more getting hit in the pocket than running
While what you say is somewhat true, once we get some more involvement, evolvement from Gallup, Tolbert Schoon, Dak can scramble when he feels good about it.

This offense is evolving, maybe too slowly for some, but for those paying attention we can see some chemistry finally taking place with Dak and CD especially.
If peeps are missing that growth immediately, they just are not paying any attention.

He’s just another troll. More here every day.
Now the trolls are going back to Dak's college days. It's hilarious. Kind of like saying Peyton Manning still stinks because Tennessee couldn't beat Florida during his time there. :lmao:

I absolutely LOVE Dak using his legs and getting first downs and easy yards If the defense gives them

Defenses have been sleeping on him ,and now that we have issues in the running game, his jaunts are necessary as long as it’s done judiciously.

No need to take big hits unless it’s in the playoffs and absolutely necessary

7th in the NFL in QBR.

1st in the NFL in on-target throw percentage.

"DURRRR DAK'S PASSING IS BAD!!"
:lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2:
This, there are some complete morons on this board. Dak is a very good passer when the OL will give him just average time to make the throws. Add in his mobility and that's why there are only a handful of QBs in the NFL better than him. And for those same morons that say he can't win playoff games - how in the world were those all his fault. Guess you forget the drive killing penalties over and over that he had nothing to do with. Or the injuries. Or the overly aggressive play calling. But put it all on Dak. He doesn't give a sh1t what folks say - why should anyone else. And finally - he *** owns the Eagles and they are going down again Sunday.

Now is the time that some of Daks second reads Like Gallup, Tolbert, Ferg can start getting more looks.
The receiving talent is available, Big Mike has been saving some stuff for this game vs Philly and so has Quinn.
Eagles have no idea what the Boys are fixing to drop on them.
Our RBs may leave this game with more receiving yards than running but be highly effective.

By the way, Dak was a bad *** in college too. Beat LSU in Tiger Stadium like they had stole something. Won a lot of big games while at MSU.

Indeed, wise man once told me to run with your mind first and legs second.

Agreed. Dak has Mississippi State number one in the nation for a while and they had absolutely nothing on offense except him. And he did it in the SEC.
