I've had the same injury you tape it up and play the following week.
Then a year later I popped my Achilles, that did it.
One of the happiest persons in the world right now is Rain Dakota Prescott......(Thank the Heavens I don't have to go out there again whew).......leaves his team in shambles 3-5 with teams like the Eagles Texans etc coming up and he will suck on the "oh man what bad luck wish I was able to help my guys out there" lollipop while getting paid millions every game hiding from his ineptness.
Expect the soonest photos of him with his baby and wife around him selling the family angle again or him on crutches feeding the homeless on Thanksgiving.
The PR machine that never stops and rakes in millions for 2 playoff wins in 9 seasons!

One does not wear a walking boot for a hamstring injury. That was something different. This was just a freak accident. It happens. Now, had he been running and maneuvering different because of whatever ankle/foot thing he had going on, that could have contributed to the hamstring injury. It is what it is and it sucks the guy got hurt, but that's football.
Yes, you can wear a walking boot for a hamstring injury. It’s like plain fasciitis. He travels right up the leg because of the calf muscle. I’ve been training for over 40 years. What do you think causes a hamstring?

Ever seen a Flat Earth video? How about a Mud Flood video? Birds are actually tiny spaceships?

The most ridiculous thing you can imagine is something somebody else is already certain is real.
People believe the Earth is flat, I’ve read that LMAO

The brainrot is so painfully real amongst so many posters here with their conspiracy theories over fake injuries and what not.

I swear this site gets dumber by the day.

It happens, but I'd like to see him actually play in preseason. But I will say this, calling the injury "cupcake" is ridiculous. Non contact injuries are among the worst, and they happen. He's one of many players that have had it this season and will have it this season.

Get well soon Dak!
Ask Google if a foot problem can cause a hamstring issue ,absolutely. And vice versa,. How dare you give that guy a like when he says it didn’t, lol not a doctor. I don’t expect you to know teasing.
You should know I’ve been training for over 40 years from the old website Cowboys fan forum.

Dak's season ending injury was the most cupcake injury I've ever seen! Not even touched, just some random fluke injury that only a 60 million a year QB that doesn't want to deal with the inconvenience of having some rookie OLs blocking for him. Poor baby...
You don't have any clue! You ever tear your hamstring? I have twice, first when I was in my early teens and all I was doing was getting ready to kick a ball, and let me tell you when I did it the second time as an adult, it was a pop in my leg like I've never felt, and all I was doing was changing pace while running.

It’s really is crazy that 6th grade level “bad words” are outlawed on this board, but posting the most hateful things possible about a player is more than ok. A couple weeks back someone posted speculating that Dak had an addiction to pain killers…all good
The way some posters talk about Dak is straight up vile.

It’s not about a “different way of being a fan” or whatever they want to use to justify their hatred.

These folks need to be called out for what they are and that is crappy human beings.

They should be run off this board and the fanbase in general imo.

Oh, I know lol, and I understand that lol.

That said, I have injured my hamstring and calf muscle before. I pulled it again at MFF a few years ago. I've had an issue with my left foot for a while. I live near one of the campuses of the Cleveland Clinic. I know full well from my own experiences about that lol. And I remember you well from the old forum.

I think it's nothing more than just another aging Qb that's going to be suseptible to more " non- contact" injuries.

Don't be surprised to see this same type of thing in 2025.

Some people are built to last and others just aren't. We shall see going forward

Get some help....I don't know what happened to you or what you are going through, but this kind of thinking, can't be good for you. Unless, it's just messing around and a way for you to amuse yourself..I hope that's all it is.

Yup. It's just aging in the NFL.

Outside of freaking T. Newman finding the fountain of injury free play after being cut here, there's a reason why 30 years old is still considered old in the NFL.
12-20+ years of a contact sport takes a toll on players at 30 years old.
Even if they are in shape.

Non contact injuries happen to any person.

Just a **** luck injury in a year that can be summed up as ****

That being said, unfortunately for Prescott, injury luck has not been on his side since 2020. Can sort of tell once a player starts getting fluke injuries more than likely it will continue.

Sean Lee was the king of fluke/random injuries.

You guys throw around "hateful" way too often. It's crying wolf. If someone didn't find it so offensive, they wouldn't bother even replying to it. See how that works? It was merely speculation to try to figure out why in the heck Dak has regressed so much. Not only that, but they wouldn't get so bent out of shape about it and attack the poster rather than the message.
You were “attacked” huh lol? Talk about crying wolf lol.
