Dak doesn’t look fluid out there. He looks stiff, slow and often lost. He doesn’t suck by any means, but he sure as hell doesn’t have the “it” factor. It’s not all his fault, but he is what he is, BAD against quality teams. That cannot be disputed.

Plenty of people take less at jobs. Money isn’t everything for everyone not named Dak.

In fact, Dak knows he’s not good enough. That’s why he needs to milk it for all it’s worth.
So if Dak took 40 million, Jerry and Stephen would go on a free agency spending rampage??
I told you guys it was dumb to pay Dak I told yall to rebuild months ago.
What got me is not only did they make Dak the highest paid as of now, they put in a no trade clause. How stupid is that! Now, they can't pay these other players. They lied to the fans. Let that soak in.

The one thing I don't blame Dak on is the deal he won.

It's the OWNER who paid him that money.

On a funny note, a few weeks ago I asked ChatGPT about Dak, Would you recommend giving him a long term contract or let him play out his last year of contract?
ChatGPT started explaining and analyzing performance and other stuff. I

I told him, give me a YES or NO answer.

ChatGPT answered: NO.

I agree 100% but when I see some of the other QB contracts like Lawrence and Watson, I feel better about having our overpaid guy.

I'm a bonafide Dakota critic but at least he hasn't completely regressed.

This season almost all of my criticism goes to the GM/owner that's responsible for rewarding mediocrity and failure to aquire and fill areas of true need.

Dak and MM are almost irrelevant at this point, imo.

Wow, was that an ***-kicking
I lost a ton of respect for Dak...
His selfishness has screwed us (and himself).
Mahomes and Brady did it right...
They took smaller deals and allowed others to be paid properly, and got a better team around them.
Now Dak is even more exposed than ever.

His chance of winning a Superbowl is now even more remote than ever.

Mahomes is what, the 14 or 15th highest paid QB, and yet is the #1 QB in the league.

Dak is the highest paid QB, yet probably the 14 or 15th best QB in the league... and dropping

Go figure.
Brady didn't do any selfless thing.

He worked out an underhanded dishonest scheme to get paid through his "charity" from Kraft, as a way to circumnavigate the cap and once again CHEAT, and gain unfair advantages over the rest of us.

Say what you will about our senile, incompetent, urine scented owner/gm/tyrant, at least he doesn't blatantly cheat. The only thing worse than having an apathetic team and a 3-decade long stretch of failure, is to be a Pats fan and know that the "success" you had isn't real....and you'll never know what you coulda had legitimately if you just hadn't cheated. Kinda like the Houston Astros.

Dak is smart enough to know he doesn't have Brady or Mahomes talent. He also has an idiot for GM that he can take advantage of. So his only choice was to take the money.

I mean the no trade clause is irrelevant. If he wants to be traded you can trade anyone. If he doesn't you can't. Look at Davante Adams. He wants to be traded and they can't and he doesnt' even have a no trade clause;.

Technically that still goes to the GM...in any business the summ of its parts are on the guy who is hiring the parts...
I'm just at a LOSS OF WORDS at people wanting to give Jerry a pass for 28 years because of Dak's last 8....just mind boggling but par for the course. But no matter what no one can deny he's the one who signed him.

No quarterback is standing up behind this offensive line or without running game. It’s easy just to blame one person.

Look what's important here is the brotherhood is secure.

And if you don't like that, you can just get off the bandwagon.

I don’t know why I keep following this franchise, going on 60 years plus. I keep hoping Jerry smarten up and hires the GM. Don’t think so.

The pass protection was pretty bad yesterday so blaming Dak solely is preposterous. There's several deficient areas at present. The obvious ones we can all see but my concern is the WR's inability to get open/separation. Is it a lack of speed? Bad routes? Perhaps a combination would be my guess. I think Turpin could be used more and more can be done to open up Lamb. Opponents know the Cowboys have to pass a lot due to a weak run game so they can load up on pass coverage. A lack of overall team speed has been a issue all season.

You think Jerry spends the money if Dak takes less. No he doesn't. They are pocketing extra cap money every single year.
