Why? Because he was at the scene of the crime? It doesn't say he was involved in the fight or really had anything to do with it at all. I don't know much about the area he was in, so maybe it was somewhere he shouldn't have been, but it doesn't say he did anything wrong. Being labeled a person of interest doesn't necessarily mean you are a suspect.
That is why we do not allow rumors from random social media accounts on the site, because even when the rumor has some truth behind it, there is a lot of speculation that gets shared as if it were factual and then that information is repeated and regurgitated everywhere on the internet until everyone believes it.

He may be involved or he may have just been in the wrong place, but until we know more, it is too early to form an opinion beyond the bad optics of him being there.

Also, he scrubbed his Instagram profile and removed all photos and references to the “YKVD” necklace that he’d worn in the past. That same YKVD necklace was picked up on surveillance before the murder happened.

not suspicious at all…

Joseph is more of a witness to the crime. In the video he did not commit a crime. No one is going to say anything because of fear of being called a snitch. Sadly this crime will probably go unsolved. Maybe the pressure of being a Dallas Cowboys player will make Joseph give up the shooter.
Or they’ll trace the cameras back and find out who entered the SUV that fired the shots that killed the kid, and they’ll charge all of the passengers with murder. That’s a much more likely scenario

He should have done that after the surveillance footage was released on the news. He's a little bit late to the party.

He's definitely panicking with that move.
