Dallas or San Antonio? Who will win the "Texas Two Step"?

Complete load of BS. That block by Bowen was CLEAN. PERIOD.

And it didn't look like Horry pushed Dirk till after the buzzer. I keep watching the replays of that but it didn't show a good angle.

Bowen clearly hits his upper arm, wrist and hand. He got a lot of ball, but by NBA rules, that's a foul

Best angle:

Clear contact

Looks like all ball to me

Could have went either way. I am personally glad they ate the whistle and let them play.

I just hope the Mavs can put them away in Dallas or I think they lose the series.

Dirk hit some big shots from the field, but just like in Game 1 when Tony Park would be guarding him at the top of the key, he often settled for the jump shot when Finely and Ginoboli were on him.

right.

You can't push off on the offensive player with your forearm, that simple. It was a bad call for that late in the game, but it was not a wrong call.

Face it... if it wasn't for the refs and Bowen's dirty play, the Mavs would win every game 142-0.

By the way, at the end of game 4, Bowen clearly fouled Dirk's arm with his stomach.

You've spent too much time at Extremeskins, Heavy... you're starting to sound like a Skins fan after every loss.

BTW, it was the "wrong call" because Nowitski was the one doing the pushing off. Bowen was holding his ground with his arms at his sides, and Dirk was charging into him leading with his forearm and pushing off to create distance.

Dirk was backing him down. Unless he has arms sprouting from his back that I am unaware of, you are full of it.

that's an interesting take, considering it was CLEARLY dirk who pushed off on bowen.

yea...if by 'backing him down' you mean, forcing him off like a mack truck.

Well... Spurs fans should be happy... Jason Terry has been suspended for alledgedly punching Finley while scuffling for a ball at the end of the game...

Link? I've searched and I can't find it.

Huge blow to Dallas.

He was mad because he called time before Ginobili and Finley got on top of him for the jump ball. Rookie mistake though...

It's just breaking on ESPN 103-Dallas...

That block is CLEAN.

Learn the rules for once, HH. The hand that is touching the ball is PART of the ball. The only way it's a foul is if he were to hit a part of the body not contacting the ball (like his wrist or forearm), but the HAND is part of the ball.

i was at the game last night and it was clear terry was just frustrated that he didnt get the timeout. but you cant call timeout when ginobili is already grasping the ball. he just took it out on finley and in my opinion (i am biased and a HUGE spurs fan) he deserved it per the rules and the line of suspensions that have been handed down so far. He will be replaced int he lineup by stack and it will not be easy for us to win in dallas even without terry, but if we can pull if off, its over, there is no way the mavs will win at the big metallic barn....

SPURS IN 7!!!!
