Don't understand the hate going on for re-signing a guy to his restricted free agent tender. This doesn't even guarantee he makes the team.

It's not like the Cowboys are expecting him to suddenly become Aaron Donald.

Woods is not keeping anyone we'd want off the roster. He's the bubble.

Which makes him perfect for this defense. Bunch of backup and depth players who are NOT starter caliber type and probably could not make any other roster in the NFL. And they wonder why they can't seem to turn around this defense. We like our guys. SMH...

As long as he is not in their plans to be the starter again it’s not a bad signing. Hopefully the position will be addressed during draft and or after with a decent FA signing.

..dont know about you guys, but I like Woods. He's good player, on occasion makes some splash plays. He's got the best attitude.
