Dak hasn't shown the maturity to lead the Cowboys on the field or off.
Most myopic statement about this player ever. Coming straight from college he has shown a dedication to this team, this offense, and his career with a maturity and dedication that comes without question he is a leader. He never once backed-up, or failed to answer the bell when it came to leading this team. His continued quest to be the best he can be and perhaps the game itself leads by example, yet so different than Romo, more like Aikman, he is vocal in his leadership.
If you posted nothing else about Dak, this alone indicates to me you're either grossly biases, or possess a complete lack of understanding of this man, his approach, and how fortunate this team is to have him. Your shocking ignorance on this subject might go down in the halls of clueless as the pinnacle of buffoonery, only outdistanced by Will Ferrell and Seth Rogen in its asininity.
He needs to see what life is like behind the offensive line of one of the other 31 teams and what it's like to actually have to produce in order to keep his job.
If there ever was a comment on this board which encompasses a total void in a grasp of this game, and this person, this might be it. If an award was handed out here at ole Cowboy's U. for a comment so totally barren of logic, or completely out of touch with the current climate on this subject, there is no doubt other posters closer to the deep thinking like Neanderthals on this site would cower from this epitome of baseless blather in complete awe. You truly have set the low bar high, if that oxymoron will play here.
This haggling over his contract because he thinks he should be paid like he's the best is making me sick to my stomach to watch.
I suggest Ipecac to relieve that feeling.
He doesn't produce when the team needs him to lead, and apparently feels as if he is special even though he choked through the entire 2019 season.
Right, Because a 13-3 season as a rookie showed nothing at all. Well, maybe to a new born child, if he sat in front of a TV when the game was on.
It's time to end this privileged mentality instilled by Garrett once and for all.
To sum up. If you had a terrible fall and hit your head on an immovable object right before posting this example of inanity, you might have your head looked at.
But don't let me sugar coat it.
