I will say this; after learning about some things today, he will NOT be selected by Dallas... he WAS CB2 for him.

Yeah, I think I read where they gave the girl a rape kit on the night she said it happened. If there were any evidence from that point, I think the guy would have at least been interviewed by the Police by now which he has not.

This seems like Zeke Elliot domestic abuse charge 2.0 with less evidence. If he is not charged by now, he won't be. JMO

Haha not sure what's your problem but sure I take that bet that Conley isn't drafted at 60. If he is drafted anywhere else then you are gone. Work for you

Why do you want a guy who puts himself in such a situation?

He's lost millions of dollars because he put himself there.

So you want a dumb guy who doesn't fit cover two and may end up in jail.

With the information available I feel comfortable with Dallas making this pick at any point.

None of which has anything to do with what my response was about; which was you calling him a rapist.

I think he means that Dallas viewed him as a #2 CB. Teams traditionally line up their #1 WR on the right side (most QBs are right handed, face the right in the pocket.....) Teams tend to counter by putting their #1 CB as the LCB to go against that #1. So, I am taking it as they viewed him as more of a RCB to go against the #2 WR.

Obviously, teams move receivers around, defenses move corners around, etc. Not trying to say they don't...

Put himself in what situation exactly? Being a first round prospect? Being social?

I'm okay with passing on DE at 28, as long as it's understood that if we don't get one at 28, then there may be no point selecting one at all.

I am not sure what this means. Are you saying Conley was the #2 CB on their board?

I am pretty sure that Dallas coaches and scouts feel that he can fit into our defensive system since he was 1 of the 30 visitors to be brought in by the team. Also, please find a single guy that would be able to resist the temptation of having a beautiful blonde 23 year old woman come up to his hotel room. Any guy with hormones could have put himself in that position. I bet almost 100% of the players in this draft would have allowed the girl to come into their hotel room. We will draft 7 guys this year and I can almost guarantee you that not one of them will be celibate. The only concern I have is whether he actually committed the crime or not. If we have enough information to determine that he did not commit the crime then I am fine with taking him in the 2nd round or later.
