So what I got out of this way too long video is they are going to reupholster the seating in the luxury boxes, and enlarge the field for FIFA? The video does not really go into detail about the actual upgrades, although I admit skipping through some parts.
they have to actually do quite a bit of work on the field, and rearrange seating, adding many things for this FIFA experience IE roof name Change, all the signs and placards inside all changed etc etc than covert it ALL BACK after which is harder BTW and more costly. Im sure a few befits will remain.

Correct, they did not say how or what the upgrades were.

I didn't watch the full video, but are they going to put up curtains for the soccer matches?
They did not say. But they did mention the sunlight coming in, on the field. Oh I am sure they will want them. Or schedule the games so the sunset does not interfere with any matches.

Arlington, and its residence. Jerry is not asking that.
Jerrys the bad guy helping Arlington to raise the money ..City were all on board and the ones at chamber, the mayor, fighting to get FIFA, NOT JERRY. Sure, he gets some benefits, but these fans are clueless son how this stadium is owned and utilized. the City is ecstatic I'm part of the chamber and they are very happy with the arrangement, Trust me the Cowboys transformed Arlington..

It’s a near two decade old stadium at this point, that’s a lot of wear and tear and needs for updates…the stadium is probably at it’s mid point in terms of lifespan and I would imagine by 2030 they start talking about the next stadium which would probably come before 2050…
15 years old, not even close to say 2 decades. Give it to at least 18 years to say close to 20.
PSL's when sold, were based on 30 years, just as Jerry's lease on it is, same 30 years.
So yeah, 2050, if not before, start looking at Spaulding wanting a new stadium ...eerrrrr new ... Stadjium ...

It's dribble to you yeah I get it you don't read because you can't read and you don't wanna know the truth because you spread false facts and false narratives like other parents around here you hear things and then you just say it and try to make it true and it's not true Jerry doesn't own AT&T the city of Arlington does.., Jerry simply leases it back you're damn right other people are gonna have to invest and to turn this stadium into a world FIFA Soccer League stadium it takes a lot of money to completely change the field and the seating and everything else they need to do in there but hey keep being wrong and lost..
I think you are a little bit judgmental and condescending. Surely you are aware your comments can be challenging for quick reads an on-line forum/message board is designed for.

If you want people to get your message...short n sweet is best. Not a 201 academic lecture.

Ok and? I’m so glad you can’t say anything tongue in cheek anymore. But I’m guessing you condone the other behavior. Got it.
You asked a question, I answered it.
Did you watch the entire video or any portion of it.

I can say, most likely, many making comments did not watch it. They just assume and jump on Jerry.
I am not defending him. But you know that is how some fans work. They will see a headline or topic and respond and assume. Instead of reading the entire article or watching the entire video.

I’m surprised how many don’t recognize tongue in cheek, but when you’re constantly defending (maybe not you) Jerry you miss it. I really don’t care who owns it, who is paying for it, or what. It’s like the people cracking jokes about the curtains costing 295 million, you think they are serious?

Also, where am I wrong that the tax payers didn’t foot the bill? It was their money that was also used build it along with bonds and private funding.

You asked if it was Jerry asking them. There was nothing tongue in cheek about as it was opposite about $295 million curtains. Common sense prevails there it was a joke.
But as much heat fans give Jerry over anything and everything. It did not come across that way.

Taxpayers helped foot the bill the when it was built, and I made a tongue in cheek reference about taxpayers footing the bill on upgrades, and dudes losing their mind having to correct me. Wild.

If they didn’t foot the bill the last time I wouldn’t have made any reference this time. It really wasn’t that deep.
