you're delusional like everyone else read what I've written I'm not writing it again Jerry only paid for half the stadium because the city of Arlington owns it and Jerry leases it back everything that happens in the city of Arlington that relates to that stadium they're making billions off of in taxes tariffs fees lodging and all the other things that go on inside that stadium including the Soccer League the 295 million is to convert the stadium for FIFA the World Cup Jerry's not funding the World Cup that's not his thing this thing is the Dallas Cowboys he's helping get the investors in order to keep the city of Arlington from having to pay too much of it but the city of Arlington owns the stadium why wouldn't they foot the bill and by the way the taxpayers all that nonsense all the things that have been built in Arlington have been paid off early in the city of Arlington has benefited big time from it I live here I'm part of the Chamber of they're ecstatic on all these things bringing big time money and every event that we win that comes here is a win for the city they're making lots of money lots of money you will understand finance if you don't get why this stadium would have transformed Dallas South Dallas over there where the fairgrounds are the Cotton Bowl Laura Miller made a mistake because she thought like you and that's thinking small the city of Arlington smart lookout all these things came to Arlington now...

This money is absolutely to convert this stadium into a world class soccer stadium and everything around it and everything inside it in order to make this experience for the people who are coming to see it a world class premium experience and that is not on Jerry Jones that is on the city of Arlington but Jerry Jones is deeply involved in helping bring investors in here so the city of Arlington doesn't have to foot the bill why should Jerry it's not his stadium how about if you leased your house and they made you pay for the remodel even though you just pay rent Jerry pays leases to lease that back from the city of Arlington he doesn't own it in his contract he has to pay for certain things he's responsible for a lot of things and sure he's making money off it but it's not Jerry stadium...

It’s a near two decade old stadium at this point, that’s a lot of wear and tear and needs for updates…the stadium is probably at it’s mid point in terms of lifespan and I would imagine by 2030 they start talking about the next stadium which would probably come before 2050…

Let’s hope the next stadium includes consideration for a real home field advantage instead of a designed shopping mall/disco featuring the Jones family’s art collection.

First of all it's not Jerry stadium how many times do we have to explain to you this stadium belongs to the city of Arlington and the city of Arlington is lucky that Jerry paid for half of it and it's still owned by the city of Arlington...

Jerry leases the stadium back from the city of Arlington therefore this would come from the taxpayers you guys don't have any clue on what ownership means ownership means that they pay for most of the upgrades that would be the city of Arlington they get tons of money because of tourism because of the Dallas Cowboys because of that stadium for people coming for road games and all the other crap that the city of Arlington uses for that stadium it's not just Jerry all that stuff that happens in the stadium like the motocross and all those other things for bull riding and fights the city of Arlington gets most of that money...

So let's stop there sure Jerry probably pays for a large part of maintenance he gets the money for all the OR at least a large part of concessions since he is part owner of the concession company that serves most of the NFL stadiums or a lot of them so Jerry making money but that's not his stadium the city of Arlington owns that stadium and therefore things like this soccer thing coming up the city of Arlington are the ones who are benefiting most from the world Soccer League coming here for those nine games therefore they would pay for a lot of the upgrades I don't see how you guys just lost sight of that.. Just in case you're now well informed...

i'm not a financier i can't tell you that info but i don't think that's the truth really...THE DC are worth 10B but that stadium was built for 1.5 hardly a drop in that bucket. BUT ITS A 100% Fact Jerry paid for 1/2 the other half Taxes to City orf ARL and Jerry in fact leases it back but in that leas he does make money on many things liem concessions, parking and ticket sales etc..
