16 minutes of repeating talk about the funding and construction of the stadium, 12 seconds about the upgrades.

Basically, raise the field level by 15 feet to enable the wider field. Reconfigure the lowest level of seating to accommodate the new field length/width. Natural grass to be installed, but doesn't appear to be a permanent field, but rather a "one shot" for the World Cup.. The rest of the upgrade appear to be suites and such.

Interestingly, it DOES mention the sun issue, but offers zero solution.

First of all it's not Jerry stadium how many times do we have to explain to you this stadium belongs to the city of Arlington and the city of Arlington is lucky that Jerry paid for half of it and it's still owned by the city of Arlington...

Jerry leases the stadium back from the city of Arlington therefore this would come from the taxpayers you guys don't have any clue on what ownership means ownership means that they pay for most of the upgrades that would be the city of Arlington they get tons of money because of tourism because of the Dallas Cowboys because of that stadium for people coming for road games and all the other crap that the city of Arlington uses for that stadium it's not just Jerry all that stuff that happens in the stadium like the motocross and all those other things for bull riding and fights the city of Arlington gets most of that money...

So let's stop there sure Jerry probably pays for a large part of maintenance he gets the money for all the OR at least a large part of concessions since he is part owner of the concession company that serves most of the NFL stadiums or a lot of them so Jerry making money but that's not his stadium the city of Arlington owns that stadium and therefore things like this soccer thing coming up the city of Arlington are the ones who are benefiting most from the world Soccer League coming here for those nine games therefore they would pay for a lot of the upgrades I don't see how you guys just lost sight of that.. Just in case you're now well informed...
Do you care to “inform” all of us what control the city has granted Jerry Jones of what occurs in the stadium and how much Jerry benefits from events Other than NFL football games. I guarantee you he has more control of that stadium than the City of Arlington, TX and it’s taxpayers.

one of the most boring narrations I've ever seen and the redundancy of the things they talked about are ridiculous but anybody in here that has a problem with them raising investments and money for this this is mainly for the World Cup and this is not Jerry Jones stadium this is owned by the city of Arlington Jerry leases it back while Jerry has some responsibilities for upkeep and maintenance and what goes on in that stadium the city of Arlington are the sole owners of the stadium therefore they would have had to come up with the money so the fact that Jerry's helping them raise money through investors they come up with the money to completely transform this whole thing into a world class soccer environment is where this money is needed has nothing to do with curtains and I didn't watch the whole thing because the curtain narrative is the dumbest thing I've ever heard on here given that we have other stadiums that have bad turf that you have to play in wind rain and snow and that the actual sun is fully engulfing most outdoor stadiums and guys use eye black they use tinted Shields they lose balls in the sun on regular fields and yet that's what people keep coming back to curtains let's leave the curtain thing just done it's dumb I'm tired of hearing about it but yes this money is for FIFA this is for the World Cup like 9 games coming here and they're transforming the stadium for that and the money should not come out of Jerry's pocket 'cause he doesn't get all the profits this is the city of Arlington a whole bunch other people have their hands in this actual event therefore the money's gonna be spread out so the investment will be spread out..
I may not understand ownership but I understand the power of periods and Paragraphs when trying to convey a point….

Fine...but you aren;t lecturing. Keep your speech SHORT. It will reach more people and be more effective.

Ou are having issues LECTURING people as opposed to having to TYPE a quick reply. To easy to unthinkingly yammer away on your speech thingy.

15 years old, not even close to say 2 decades. Give it to at least 18 years to say close to 20.
PSL's when sold, were based on 30 years, just as Jerry's lease on it is, same 30 years.
So yeah, 2050, if not before, start looking at Spaulding wanting a new stadium ...eerrrrr new ... Stadjium ...
Ha got me on a technicality!!! Would be cool to see a new stadium in the 30s....can't imagine what the next generation of stadiums will be

The upgrade is for the mausoleum in which Jerry will be interred.

Jerry's psychological profile will be downloaded into the attached AI for his sons and the coach to access in order to find out what Jerry wants them to do, as required in his will.

Jerry refused the part of the upgrade that downloaded all statistical data and current trends in order to make informed decisions.

He replaced that program with a randomizer program that behaves much like a casino roulette wheel.
What… they were out of virtual dartboards?

Tear it down. Renovate and update the Cotton Bowl and play there.

Should have never left Texas Stadium. Should have just added a third deck.
