Dalton for 10M or Dak for 40M?

Since the Cowboys picked Aikman #1, over 30 years ago, this franchise has only remained somewhat relevant because they accidentally fell into two franchise QBs: an UDFA and a guy picked at the bottom of the 4th round, that was like Jerry's 4th or 5th choice in that draft.

If you guys have any faith, whatsoever, that this franchise could just let go of its QB and find another quality franchise QB to replace him, you are smoking something potent.

Well one had 3 and 4 starting offensive linemen playing, and the other had one....that does make a difference too

Dak had the worst defense in NFL history when he played those first 4 games. And they literally were the worst according to the stats.

Defense slowly improved in the 2nd half of the season as players came back from injury, Nolan simplified things, and younger players like Diggs found their stride.

Shame we couldn’t have kept both. Best backup we’ve had in years . But I suppose we need to always be developing a young gun. Let’s hope Dak is fully recovered and no more injuries incur .
