Dan Bailey is available

Seems like in the past there was always that one veteran kicker available late season with the goofy old school helmet for any team in need. Bailey was the only one I could think of too, but more because of the team history, than an outstanding long career.

Oh, I would not cut Maher but there is no way he is my only kicker for Sunday. I give him one chance in that game and that's it if he misses. That cost us a roster spot but I am sure there is somebody with a nagging injury that we could put on IR.

Good idea. How long would it take the filthyniners to realize Dak was holding and Zeke was the kicker. Dak stands up and pitches to Zeke who runs around the edge for a 1st down.

You're right, my bad. One bad game erases his 90% FGs made and 94% XPs made over the entire 17 game season. He should be cut and banned from the NFL.

Let's bring back a guy who made less than 80% of his kicks in 2020, and hasn't played since, because he was great in 2015. It sounds like an excellent idea.
