Danny Dimes only worth a Dime now. He’ll be a good backup the rest of his career.

Dak is not top 10. That's just silly. He's popular with the fantasy football ilk because his garbage-time stats work just fine there, but on a real football field, he's below average.

Dak is statistically better than Danny Dimes has ever been, yet you said you would take Danny Dimes over Dak. Make that make sense my friend.

Dak has not been top 10 this season, but he has been most of his career. Can you say the same thing about Danny Dimes?

A team with the stones to cut bait after a mistake. Must be nice.
I actually think the guy can play.....the Giants O-line has always been a mess. Wanna assign blame???? You can start with former #1 pick Evan Neal being a bust....the 2nd round pick @ C.....he's really nothing special. Another former #1....Andrew Thomas can't stay healthy.

Look back @ some of their games....Hell we sacked Jones 11 times once.....the guy was always running for their life. For every QB failure....I bet you can go back and see their O-line was having problems.

Would be funny if we picked him up and played him on Thanksgiving....

Dam i didn't know they were making Daniel play safety on the scout team. Wow that is crazy they didn't just bench him they humiliated him.
Want Dak to request a trade just put him on the scout team as a LB. It won’t take long

Just more proof that drafting a QB in the top 10
is a crapshoot. Most if not all the Dak haters would rather have Jones than Dak. That’s how ridiculous this fan base is. There must be a post with at least one fan wanting to sign Jones so he can compete against Dak next summer. Lol
It always has and why it always will be, nobody ever said it was going to be a guarantee.
The Big players step up to the table and have no problem rolling the dice to try and succeed, and the losers continue to exist on the nickel slot machines.

The Giants will be in the quarterback market next draft with a top five pick, most likely.

My understanding is that he can be signed for veteran minimum because his Giant contract is guaranteed.

We should sign him and try to churn him for a pick.

Maybe he sticks as our backup.

Some organizations are smart enough to just cut bait and move on....then there is Dallas. We could have traded Lamb AND Parsons for a ton of picks and let Dim walk...AND signed Jones as the stop gap to drafting a QB in the 1st round....but NOOOOOOO....we are now screwed for 5-6 years minimum, just because Booger can't stand the thought of even ONE mediocre season.....well Booger, you are about to witness at least 5 or 6 of them....hopefully the torture is more than you can handle...same can be said for your son Chuckles....you two freakin idiots!!!!!

Go Sun Devils!!!!!!!!

Some fans act like it’s a guarantee. I’ve had plenty of debates with fans that think it would be no problem improving on Dak with a high pick. More than half of the QBs drafted in the top 10 don’t develop into franchise QBs and many go bust. There’s a lot of Daniel Joneses out there.

I don't know. He may be more like David Carr. A bad line was blamed for his play with the Houston Texans before he proved that he also was the problem with Carolina and was relegated to a backup role after that.

Top 10 doesn't matter.

Neither do yards after the game has been decided.

I would totally bring him in. But I doubt we can offer much to him.

So there is a category of yards after games have been decided???

Ok, so what other NFL quarterbacks in history are in this category? Or is it one of those categories made up just for Dak and no other quarterback in history fall under it? I've never heard any other quarterback attached to "yards after a game is decided".

Oh and also.... I've never realized that players at the top 10 of their positions didn't matter. I've never heard that before either. There are 96 quarterbacks in the NFL every season and you're telling me that a quarterback who's production places him in the top 10 best quarterbacks out of 96 total quarterbacks, doesn't matter? Hmm.....
