I don't get it either, the guy played his *** off for us.

He could have stayed for around 6 mil but he took is *** to Philly. Screw him and the eagle he rode out on...because he is not coming back no matter how many crybabies keep crying over him. Time to move on...if Murray wants to be a loser and get paid...good luck with all that.

However, I am not so certain the FO didn't think they could get AP and therefore allowed Murray to walk.

Teams are built around play makers. Lots of people trying ti suggest he us JAG. I disagree completely.

Putting the cart before the horse is not how this FO does things these days. Your suggestion, is not what happen. Our O-line is our playmakers plus Romo and Dez are playmakers.

I don't think any of us know exactly what the front office does these days. To suggest something finite and cast in stone about the front office is speculation. Just like my position.

Sorry, I'm not buying into this was the offense line solely. Because if that is your position, then you discount everything Emmitt did. Because that line was better.

Then you think less of the FO than most folks these days. Explains your low opinion on certain things. The current O-line hasn't played a single game yet but you already think you can definitively say Emmitt's O-line was better. You sir are stuck in nostalgia.

Going to start throwing your like total at people again? According you it's a credibility meter. :laugh:Go add a few more user names so you can keep up with Risen Star. LOL I could care less about my like total but we know that's not the case with you. You make sure you don't miss a moment here submitting at least 20 posts a day just looking to pad your "like" total.

Sorry, you lose.

This should come as no surprise and William's knee swelling up shouldn't be a shock either. All of those DMac fans that have been making outrageous predictions about him might want to come back to Earth. Reality is starting to show it's ugly head.

Sorry, you lose.

You gage who wins and loses by "like" totals that's where your head is at. LOL You sound a little cranky maybe you should relax and sift through your archives and add more likes to your total you're less than 900 away from 10,000. If you get busy you could get together with friends and family this weekend and celebrate your 10,000th like.

I've heard people have seen you driving a Pontiac Fiero. It might have been Hos or one of the long timers that were here that told me that story.

Were you an adult and watched the early 90's line play? Not old videos but that line in action when it was live.

Erik Williams pre-car wreck was on pace to be the best right tackle ever.

Tui was a great, but unsung left tackle

Step was a monster

Frank Cornish was Steps back-up and a damn fine player.

Gesek started at the other guard spot from Nate

That line was so talented Gogan was a back-up. And as time wore on, it became evident Dallas could plug and play the back-ups and not lose much.

xWalkers absurd signature looks like something Emmitt ran through.

And lets not forget Moose who cleaned the remnants of the hole up for Emmitt to get to the second level.

So all these people knocking Murray are either guys who were too young to remember Emmitt and the holes created for him, or...its a mindset that I find somewhat amusing, but sad as they are so willing to eat their own.

It wasn't a Fiero they must be referring to my 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge Hardtop Coupe from my vintage collection. lol

That, my friend, will likely forever remain a mystery.

But it would sure be nice to know wouldn't it?

No, I've heard that you quit coming here for awhile because you got embarrassed after your delusions of Grandeur were proven to be made up stories.

You heard that from the ax grinder association who have me rolling around in their heads like a pinball...ding ding ding ding! I got busy for a few weeks and didn't post I had no time for discussions/debates. I commented just after the Tenn game that I would be off the board until the Giants game but naturally a few of my fans put blinders on to that and tried spinning weeks later that I wasn't around because I was disappointed the Cowboys were winning. lol For them to even notice I was gone shows just how consumed they are by me. I wouldn't even miss any of them. lol When I returned several started laughing about my missed call on the Seattle game which they also got wrong.

I made that prediction prior to the season before any of us saw what kind of team the Cowboys had. One FAN who kept dogging me that I picked the Seahawks over the Cowboys predicted Seattle would win by 24 over the Cowboys. I dug his prediction up in the prediction thread and slammed him with it telling him to laugh at that! LOL That shut him up. A few slamming me for a prediction that everyone else missed shows just how accurate I've been over the years. Now run along and get back to clicking on some of your alter egos so you can continue padding your "like" total.

By the way this discussion is over anymore attempts by you to keep it going will get you removed from my viewing list.

That 90's O-line was indeed talented, I remember it well. Emmitt wouldn't be the all-time rushing leader without them, but that group is in the past. We now have a new talented O-line that gives our current RBs the ability to do great things. Last year it was Murray. This year it will be Randle or McFadden or a combination of the two. Maybe we do need additional help at RB but I have faith in the FO to make it happen. I'm not worried about the RB position.

Woe, now (to the bold). I seem to remember our dominant 90s line didn't do much when Emmitt sat out the first two games of the season. And I remember oh, Curvin Richards and Sherman Williams and Derrick Lassic and Blair Thomas and other no names who didn't do much behind those lines.

We definitely couldn't plug and play any running back behind that line. Whether we can plug and play any running back behind this line remains to be seen.
