I don't think either side can be assumed to be right. That's the point of questioning it.

But thus far, the results support the doubters, and not the Joneses.

For how long? The running back position overall has been this team's biggest question mark, and it's most legitimate area for concern.

And of the four candidates that this team pointed at to answer that question, currently not one of them is practicing. That's bad news through any colored glasses.

Ryan Williams is done with this team, that's one down.

Joseph Randle is an unknown quantity as an NFL starter, one we hope answers the question but is, as yet, unproven.

And McFragile and Dunbar both had poor history of injury and lack of reliability and are only reinforcing that status.

To this point, the candidates are providing more questions than answers and reinforce the questions that everyone is asking.

It took about a week of training camp for all of these candidates to already be unavailable. To suddenly expect them to show otherwise is wishful thinking at best.

Although I am pretty concerned about the running back situation, you have a point. Even optimistic fans had us barely making the playoffs last year, and most of us had them penciled in to a losing season.

And that is fair enough also. But I also have to admit I am really ready for the final chapter to be written on this RB thingy. Six months of this day after day feels like the worst beat down I have ever experienced. Also wish we would have signed Murray before last year.
