Not having this just opens up everything to conspiracies and hides agenda driven voting.Just the latest example why I am a long-time proponent of voting transparency.

In Cliffs defense, he was on the 70's all-decade team and it took him 40 years to get into the HOF.Huh ? He was the measuring stick of excellent safety play textbook . Multiple SB teams and all time leading Cowboy tackler . If Cliff Harris is HOF so is Woodson
That is pretty much the pattern for all of those players of the 70's except for the slam dunks like Roger and Lilly. In Cliffs defense, he was on the 70's all-decade team and it took him 40 years to get into the HOF.
Sound pretty sure of yourself. He won't get in for another 10 or so years
I had to be confident that's how I won you over!!Sound pretty sure of yourself.
There'd be conspiracies even with transparent voting, lol.Not having this just opens up everything to conspiracies and hides agenda driven voting.
There would be accountability. There'd be conspiracies even with transparent voting, lol.
How are you going to account for someone's opinion? Use an AI standard or something? Lol.There would be accountability.
It's amazing that they won 3 Super Bowls with only 3 HOF worthy players responsible for those 3 wins. Plus 1 HOF who won one Super Bowl.Williams, Mark, and Newton are all 3 in that "Hall of very good tier"
Williams if he didn't have the car accident would have 100% been in Canton. Newton and Stepnoski I wouldn't be shocked if one of them eventually made it in as a senior candidate (Mark is all decade team and Newton is 6x pro bowl 2x all pro)
That's how the cookie crumble sometimes. One of them had a severe injury and the other two play a position that's arguably the hardest of the main positions to get enshrined. It's no knock on the Great Wall they were great
That's literally the exact same thing the patriots did. Won 3 Superbowl's in 4 years with only 3 of those players making Canton (Law and Seymour are in and Brady will be the 3rd). Chiefs are trying to win 3 straight superbowls this Sunday and they only have 3 HOF worthy players (Kelce, Mahomes, Chris Jones)It's amazing that they won 3 Super Bowls with only 3 HOF worthy players
That's not uncommon. Building a deep playoff caliber team is often a lot of very good players and few holes.only 3 HOF worthy players responsible for those 3 wins. Plus 1 HOF who won one Super Bowl.
Nicely done. "But, but, wassup wit dat anti-Patriots BIAS!!!???" Lol.That's literally the exact same thing the patriots did. Meanwhile you look at the 1971 Cowboys team and there are Staubach, Rayfield Wright, Bob Hayes and Mike Ditka on offense. That's literally the exact same thing the patriots did. The 70s era Steelers that won 3 in the decade had like 10 hall of famers in that Dallas Vs Pittsburgh SuperbowlMeanwhile you look at the 1971 Cowboys team and there are Staubach, Rayfield Wright, Bob Hayes and Mike Ditka on offense.
On defense you have Bob Lilly, Chuck Howley, Mel Renfro, Herb Adderly and Cliff Harris
9 HOF players.
and several others like John Niland, Lee Roy Jordan, Jethro Pugh, George Andrie, Cornell Greene and more that frankly shuld be in.
And bring perspective to him being very slightly higher in some stats. It’s close but a lot of it comes down to the players you have to compete with for the HOF each year. Lynch played 3 more seasons. Having a longer career can also help a player get in the HOF.
Knowing who people voted for would make a huge difference. If we know who didn't vote for Woody we could ask them why.How are you going to account for someone's opinion? Use an AI standard or something? Lol.
"Because I thought so and so was more deserving."Knowing who people voted for would make a huge difference. If we know who didn't vote for Woody we could ask them why.
It's got nothing to do with AI. Not sure what that is all about. Lol.
He might not ever.He won't get in for another 10 or so years
