The danger in that to me is that this is an "alternative" lifestyle choice. If Goodell says the conduct is detrimental, he would need to explain why and the explanation would not sit well with some groups that believe such lifestyle choices should not be discouraged.

These are the same kind of groups (not necessarily the same ones) who pushed for stricter punishment for domestic violence. I don't think Goodell wants to stir them up. He could make an example out of Zeke because who is going to make a strong stance for someone accused of domestic violence? Someone punished for having sex with two women with his wife's consent? Punishing that, even the player posting about it, would not end well.

lol, didn't you learn anything from the Zeke case. He doesn't have to explain anything. He has the power under the CBA to determine what is unbecoming and what isn't. In the court it's a labor issue not a morality issue or a lifestyle issue.. It was negotiated in the CBA, the NFL's labor laws. He could very well suspend for a couple of games

I don't really think that there is anything there, on this angle. I mean, Goodell could just take the position that the NFL is not trying to preside over what players do in their own bedrooms. The NFL could simply say that they are protecting the Image of the NFL. So long as you aren't posting things that are not against the guidelines of the NFL, your good.

I think that would work but I don't know, I'm not a Lawyer. I do, however, know this. To date, if Goodell wants to do it, it usually stands up.

It becomes my concern when it effects or potentially effects the Cowboys. It’s irresponsible and disrespectful to his teammates, fans and the organization as a whole. If he gets disciplined for this (in no way do I think he should but it’s not up to me) then I don’t want to hear any sympathy or excuses. He knows who Goodell is and he knows he’s skating on thin ice.

I don't think it potentially affects the Cowboys until it does. This is people for the most part being judgmental and putting their views on others as the only way to do things. If it is problematic as far as this being on the nfl radar ok I'll take back what I said. If not I stand by what I posted. If he gets disciplined y'all should be upset but it seems some people (yes I'm including you lol) want others punished because they live lives differently than them and hide by you know how Goddell does things. That is junk period. I think we will just have to agree to disagree but I'm always for a discussion of differences my man.

He also plays for a team that didn't get a holding call for a record number of games this year because our HOF owner decided suing the commissioner mid season was a good idea. I cant believe how many people here keep saying "if he aint breaking the law who cares". My question to everyone is what if you had a daughter and this was her in this picture. Would you still have the same stance? I am looking at this as a potential father. There are a lot of fathers out there and a lot of womans groups waiting for the next NFL player to screw up with a woman. Everyone saying this is not a suspendable offense. I am pretty sure you can get suspended for pretty much whatever the commish deems to be detrimental to the league. Objectifying women falls in line with that. Not to mention his #50shades hashtag. Now we are in a whole new barrel of problems because if any of you have read the books or watched the movie its basically being a sex slave. The commish has already demonstrated it takes next to nothing for a suspension, and due to his history, and the team he plays for, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if something is made of this that shouldn't be.
