Question - and I dont know the answer. But in Scandricks case, with Stephen Jones already saying if they couldn't get a trade, he would be cut. (At the combine) Surely no team would offer a trade after he's gone on record saying that ?

Folks say that but it isn't entirely true. If a player is cut there is no guarantee that he will sign with that team. So teams would trade for him to make sure they got the rights. That being said I don't think Scandrick has much trade value anyways
