Yes, he is going to going to see a Master Po and Master Chan from Kung ** because they will give him mental techniques to overcome the high-ankle sprain. They can get players back on the field with their mental techniques even if they have broken legs, completely missing ACLs etc..
Jaylon wasted all those months returning to form from the college knee injury when he could have just gone to see these guys.
The fact that Irving has a High Ankle sprain (partially torn ligaments) is irrelevant. It is also irrelevant that some NBA players have missed almost a complete season from a High Ankle sprain.
It is my understanding that the team has indicated that Irving is healthy and is missing time for personal reasons at this point. If Irving was a solid guy, he might deserve a pass. But this guy has had way too many issues for me personally to give him the benefit of the doubt.
