Yes, he is going to going to see a Master Po and Master Chan from Kung ** because they will give him mental techniques to overcome the high-ankle sprain. They can get players back on the field with their mental techniques even if they have broken legs, completely missing ACLs etc..

Jaylon wasted all those months returning to form from the college knee injury when he could have just gone to see these guys.

The fact that Irving has a High Ankle sprain (partially torn ligaments) is irrelevant. It is also irrelevant that some NBA players have missed almost a complete season from a High Ankle sprain.

It is my understanding that the team has indicated that Irving is healthy and is missing time for personal reasons at this point. If Irving was a solid guy, he might deserve a pass. But this guy has had way too many issues for me personally to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Wish I could put my personal issues ahead of my job..lol.
Most people in this world go to work every day so that they can take care of their personal issues after the fact.
This type of brain washed thinking is what is corrupting Americas youth.

I agree with this post. Great post.

SOOO much potential in Irving. Looked like he could have been amazing. That said, Irving, because of injury or distraction, isn't part of game day. He doesn't help. He doesn't look like he's going to help. The only time I even think about him is when I log on here and someone brings him up.

I'm not expecting to see him on the field this post season. Would be great if I was wrong.

It would be great only if he plays well.

I was surprised to see that Irving really hasn't made enough to take care of himself forever. It's hard for we mortals to imagine not wanting to play this game, given the talent he has. Could be a superstar

Whatever his personal demons are, family, drugs, mental health - simply the fact that he has not been around the facility during this injury is all we need to know.
Is it possible to come in out of shape and really expect him to play ? After his checkered past, he should of at least been with the medical staff, to work.thru his injury. He is running out of time to get back and practice let alone play. Sorry for your problems Mr. Irving, sorry you dont want to be part of the team.
Sorry - not sorry, you wont be our problem once this season ends. And it was all self inflicted, your loss.

Actually it seems as though you were advocating giving him a pass. His personal life must be balanced with his football career or he won't have a football career. That's a harsh reality of life.

There are no participation trophies in the NFL. He isn't helping us win right now largely because he is a complete screwup and you guys make excuses for him over and over again. The only thing he is beasting on is riding the couch and playing Madden.

He may eventually get it together and be worth it like Gregory but all indications are he won't. He has talent. But he also has a ten cent brain.

And to think how so many of you lamented not putting a first round tender on him. All we can hope is that he plays lights out in the playoffs this year. Then we can trade him and let him be someone else's problem.
Isn't he a a FA next year? I don't think he's under contact. If that's the case, just keep him around until the offseason and let him walk. Maybe we'll get a 7th rounder comp pick.

If you are really wanting to be part of the team, at home games you are on the sidelines with your mates not home watching on TV. That tells me all I need to know.

Any chance this guy gets a soul after seeing Crawford go down and knowing his team really needs him now?

Hot boys need you David.

Maybe he's just waiting until they change that stupid nickname.

He's putting his personal life before this team. Its much more important then this team so I don't blame him. This team is going to be here with or without him. He needs to get his life together before he thinks about football.
COPY THAT!

Ya know? I'd kinda' like to think the " booby-traps& waylaying bushwhacking " his babies Momma has been purposely placing in his Wheelhouse ,was vehemently effective,,, I mean like, ALONG WITH THAT heapin' plate-ful,,,&,,, after he was awarded a duel consecutively concurrent League Suspension at the start of this SEASON,,, Dude must've deviated
( somewhere along that rough patch of HIS lifes road) in the sound wisdom financial endeavors of Life's Priorities,,,It's unfortunate to witness his capable footballish attributes probably even being pushed off the "career" stoves low B.T.U. output Back burner o_O

Irving is done with the Cowboys. I heard it through the grapevine that he hates Jason Garrett and refuses to play another down for him.

I remember when this forum was freaking out when the front office placed the 2nd round tender on this guy.

What a waste he has been this season

Yes I argued we can not likely replace his production with a 2nd rounder. Turns out we could replace him with anyone or no one at all. My bad.

With Rod M and the DLine coach Lett in between him and Garrett, how much interaction on a daily basis does he have with Garrett?

Unless Garrett is forcing contact in ways that he wouldn't have to be doing?
if that is the case, then it raises other questions about Garrett
