1. we don't know what is wrong with him
2. I don't care, he is dead to me until he gets his head in the game and gets on the practice field

Has David Irving shown, in any way, shape or form, that he actually cares about the team?

I mean honestly. The dude, through his actions, has shown that he could not care less about football and helping his team win. He has ZERO accountability to himself or others.
to win some playoff games im trying to get him involved the next two weeks in practice and encourage him to play, we need them all to beat Seatle or beyond..lets not be jaded , hes Cowboy, hes being paid, lets get his butt back on the field..

I think Irving enjoyed high school and college football. I dont know if Irving is liking the riggers and business of the NFL.

Riggers? I've used riggers to help me move heavy equipment. I think you mean "Rigors"

Or in French, Rigueurs...

I don't know where all the negativity is coming from, did I miss something? He's got a high ankle sprain which can take several months to recover, right?

He's putting his personal life before this team. Its much more important then this team so I don't blame him. This team is going to be here with or without him. He needs to get his life together before he thinks about football.

That's a bit of a silly statement. Every player has the same "life" outside of football. What they do with it is up to each individual player.

Life can throw a player challenges, like Fred Beard. There was nothing he could do to prevent his health issue and he deserves a pass. He is someone who deserves our collective sympathy and good wishes.

Irving's problems are largely self created. He has certainly had some challenges like injuries which are unavoidable. But the crazy ex, and the suspensions are his own doing.

He doesn't deserve any pass for that from the fans. We can have compassion and good will towards him, but he doesn't really deserve any sympathy, or empathy for the piss poor choices he has made which is pissing off his career and is hindering his team.

You can give him a pass if you want. But quite honestly he doesn't deserve one.

It happened in September and it is now December about to go into January, that's his several months. He could have been back from a broken leg by now. This guy like the purple drinker does not want to play.
