Dawgs giving it their all

Per Merriam-Webster.com:

bandwagoner noun (link)

: a person who takes part in or becomes enthusiastic about something only when it is popular or fashionable

_______________

It would be nice if people stopped changing the meanings of words to fit their understanding. It is okay when individuals cannot agree about their favorite team. That is a disagreement.

It is not logical to label someone else a bandwagon fan if that other person continues having a conversation about their favorite team. By definition, a bandwagoner would stop talking and move on to something else that interested them more. It is possible they might re-claim fanship for a team they stopped following at a later time but that action would further validate the term's actual definition.
Its the "defend everything Dak or Jerry does" gang ......... to them it does not matter if it makes sense.

LOL, I don't think dak has any dawg in him.

He may have dogs at home but definitely not a dawg in his soul.

You ain't no DAWG. That's for sure.
That is not true

In what way does:

--not translate as 'you leave'? I know you will explain why 'I lied' but would like to read your particular reasoning of what you yourself stated.
I’ll have you know rock has read over 1000 books in his lifetime.

Luepke never gave up. Dak never gave up.
I'd argue that there are quite a few players that haven't given up either. The only problem with that is that they are just not that talented enough which disqualifies the statement, "We like our guys."
