DCF Opinion - Cowboys 23, Colts 10 - Six Things To Talk About

This is rich...I wonder how many times you can use that LOL and not be sarcastic?

You posted an article you wrote from your site...I guess I should have said journalist wantabe but I was trying not to be mean.

Let's revisit my so-called attack shall we?

My first post said, " I disagree on Barber, if that was an audition to start he failed miserably."

At that point, other posters agreed that Barber didn't have the game you suggested, nor that his number of touches meant what you were suggesting they did.

You then posted numbers that were wrong.

I then replied showing the error.

At which point you immediately accused me of hating you, picking on you, and calling your opinion wrong...you know for voicing my opinion.

So once again...tougher skin...if you want to write your little articles for your fan site, and post them on other forums, you have to deal with others not agreeing with you without throwing a little hissy fit. LOL.

Your facts and logic are not amusing. Take them elsewhere.

____________

Just because it may be considered an opinion, dcfanatic, doesn't mean it is based on correct evidence or that it cannot be wrong.

I could say it is my opinion that the Holocaust didn't happen.

Clearly it did. Just because I can wrap it up with an "opinion" label doesn't mean I am "not wrong."

Call it an opinion; it matters not. Blindzebra has dubunked part of your "opinion."

______________

I feel the need to add this because some idiot will misconstrue what I was saying above. There are about 4-5 people with the necessary "requirement" that fulfills this obligation, so I feel the need to explain the above statement. I fully believe the Holocaust happened. I was merely using it as an exaggerated example to make a point.

Pretty bold "guarantee" of an 85% TD rate inside the 20. The Colts were 2nd in the league last year in that category with 66%.

Totally disagree about Barber...because if that was an audition to start, he failed miserably. He didn't get going until their scrubs entered the game.

I liked what I saw from Carpenter last night.
Was Carpenter playing against scrubs?

So when someone coveys there opinion that does not agree with yours, you can throw a hissy fit, and say its a message board, and my opinion cannot be wrong.

But when you someones opinion agrees with yours, then its okay?

hmmmm, intresting, very intresting.

And where did I draw a conclusion that Carps play and lots of playing time was a dress rehersal for him starting?

You might want to think things through before you chip in, m'kay?

We are a pass first team, we aren't going to be pounding it at all.

Look at the roster...Garrett is a smart guy...that adds up to passing early and often.

We are going to throw it, get the lead, turn the defense loose, get short fields and more points, increase the lead, and then we will pound the ball.

you were on fire, but Garrett is trying to establish a power running game w/ a vertical passing offense

Actually he's going to play to our strengths:

Romo accurate QB that spreads the ball around.

WR corps of TO, Glenn, Crayton with Hurd and Austin too.

TEs Witten, Fasano, Curtis.

RBs that can catch and do things after the catch in JJ and MB3.

We are going to pass to set up the run, making things easier. We'll end up with a fairly balanced attack but it's going to be around 55/45% pass, with the bulk of the runs coming late to finish teams off.

The other reason, besides it better fits our personnel, is that by doing so we force teams to play catch up which means the defense can be even more aggressive.
