Nothing wrong with carrying a gun in Texas. Nothing wrong with weed. Not saying Sam was right or wrong.

Based on his driving history, I suspect that it was a traffic violation and I would bet that the cop could smell the weed.

I would think a permit to carry and having the weapon registered are basic law compliance.

There is no registration or permit to open carry in TX.

yes, and humans make mistakes. But weapons charges, controlled substances, domestic violence, drunk driving, etc. These guys are potentially throwing away millions. They have worked their entire lives to get to this point and then make careless decisions. Dumb.

Thats why i said that. Money doesnt make you perfect or give you perfect judgement.
As i said before.....i bet a ton of stupidity goes unremarked. He just happened to get caught....this time.
