It was his car and his weapons in the car. Unless he was waving them around they have no case. UNLESS he made threatening statements or was dumb enough to make gestures like he was going to get his gun. You know, pointing at someone and making a gesture like pulling the trigger on a gun.

Addison police have issued an arrest warrant for Dallas Cowboys fullback Deon Anderson on a new charge of deadly conduct for allegedly pulling a gun on a man early yesterday morning.


The charge stems from the same early morning incident in which Anderson was arrested for outstanding Irving traffic warrants.

I agree. You can't be that stupid and get away with it, especially if you are a marginally talented player. I'm pretty sure somebody like Demarcus Ware could retain his job if he did something similar. But not a fullback in whom the team invested merely a 6th round draft pick on. I'm surprised the position exists anymore.

Might? If this is true, and he pulled a gun on someone, then he absolutely deserves to be kicked off the team. You can't be that stupid and be allowed to just keep on going on like nothing happened.
