'Deadly Conduct' warrrant issued for Deon Anderson

So you're saying that no pro athlete has ever broke the law or pulled a gun on people or anything of that nature?

What kind of crap question is this? I never said that. Even though many pro athletes have committed crimes, it doesn't mean this one has just yet.

But you're too trigger happy to just wait for all the facts to come in.

And find where I said even once that all cops are honorable and honest.
Maybe not all cops, but you seem to be putting a lot of faith in this one.

Please. Find the post where I said it. Hurry though I haven't got all day for you to find a post that doesn't exist.
For a moment, I thought you were the guy posting as Beast from the East. My mistake. That's a fact. Even I make mistakes.

I never once said that but, again, your assumption that this cop is dirty, or a liar, is based off of absolutely nothing other than you're belief and assumption that all cops are dirty cause one is.

Which, of course, is laughable.
It's not an assumption, rhetoric aside. Rather, I'm just painting the picture of reasonable doubt that this cop and/or valet could be dirty.

What if they were Eagles fans? That would have to count for something, right? :p

You making that claim that they're not honorable and not truthful right off because they're a cop is no more valid then anyone immediately blaming Deon without knowning anything.
The way you've tried to defend your stance is what has been most laughable.
The picture in my mind says that's because most of them aren't, imo. I'm not saying this holds true for all cops, but rather the majority. I would venture to say most who have been around long enough have lied in a court of law to protect themselves from a bad arrest or lied in and arrest report simply because of something they didn't like. Cops make these sorts of assumptions all the time. Ever heard of DWB? Meaning: Driving while black.

Cops tend to be the most prejudiced kind amongst us all. Few are honorable or honest, imo. But, hey, that's just me. At least I admit it.

If you want to see the worst assumptions, look no further than those made by the police.

Few are honorable or honest. Talk about pathetic. And you expect ANYONE to take you seriously?

Not saying all cops are dirty, just the majority of the ones in South TX. Specifically border towns. And the majority of the politicians are dirty down there to, filthy slime dirty. A few bad apples?? A town swimming in blood and corruption...

At least a few of us are able to see with a realist perspective.

What's lost on you is a there are a few in this thread who actually get what I'm saying. Therefore, some are taking me seriously. Poor Burm never has a clue.

Oh, the you haven't changed much jab. I'm so hurt, Hos. Just like McNabb. What a foolish thing to say. Read the posts you've written. This is nothing but you backpedaling and disguising it as bad 'ol Cowboy McCoy making McNabb like gyrations. It couldn't be further from the truth.

You're moon walking like Micheal Jackson here. You implied he was guilty. That's the bottom line. Gyrate on that.
I couldn't moon walk with a gun at my head.

CowboyMcCoy;3266369 said:
I agree; it is difficult.
I probably couldn't do it on the moon.

Michael Richards, that's the guy who played Kramer. His character was Ricky Rietti and Rip Torn was Benny Gibbs and the chick who played Stiffler's Mom was his star witness against sugar and its debilitating effects on poor Benny's mind.

I had to look it up. It was killing me that I couldn't remember Kramer's real name.

I only remember the movie because it is where I first fell in lust with Charlize Theron.

I said where I first fell in lust with her. I have lusted her after that movie too. I just saw it first, and I agree with you 100%.

The line between fandom and fanatacism is all too brief for too many board members. To imply this is a frame up somehow is to create a fantastic story without a single shred of proof. Single. Shred. Instead of entering the land of make-believe with preposterous speculation that is utterly groundless, folks need to deal with the facts known and acknowledge that what appears to be sometimes is just as it is.

Some clowns in this thread might as well claim a leprechaun riding a unicorn came and hid Deon's guns in the magic bushes.

Bro I lived in that cess pool but in this particular situation I'm only questioning the valet guy and Cricket, the cops have nothing to gain in this situation and it's ludicrisp to suggest otherwise.

Here's what we do know: The gun belongs to Deon.
Here's what we don't know: Who put the gun in the bushes?

I have a hard time believing Deon hid his piece in the bushes after pulling it out on the valet. He was sober and it just doesn't make sense.

If the valet guy files a lawsuit we'll have our answer as to motive, if not then Deon is simply a ****** with a gun. Case closed.

I have a hard time believing why a very strong pro athlete would need to brandish a gun after being p'd at a valet. That part is what makes the least sense to me.

We might as well burn the Constitution and forget about our notions of justice given this sort of perspective. If someone is accused, then by gosh they must be guilty.

The fact is, no facts are known to us other than these are allegations. Why that's so hard to get for you and others is beyond me. You'd think you'd be pulling for the guy. He hasn't done anything to hurt our team and it isn't like he's been a trouble maker here or elsewhere.

Didn't Deon say he thought the guy was messing with his car? As in a possible car jacker? If so then being all big and built I might still pull my piece on a car jacker cause you never know. Otherwise who knows?

Spelled it that way on purpose to emphasize how ridiculous it is....:laugh2:

I don't think that's the exact context. I think he said he was tampering with his car, to what extent or in what manner remains to be seen at this point. We shall see.

DC.COM Blog: A Few Clarifications On Anderson Incident
Posted by jellis at 2/4/2010 12:26 PM CST on truebluefanclub.com

As information continues to come out regarding the Tuesday morning incident involving Cowboys fullback Deon Anderson, a couple points should be made for the sake of clarity.

First, Anderson is not accused of pointing a gun at the parking lot valet in Addison, Texas. In the arrest warrant affidavit issued Wednesday, the valet only accuses Anderson of retrieving the weapon from his vehicle, not aiming it. That is much the reason Anderson has been charged with misdemeanor deadly conduct, and not something more serious.

Secondly, it is fair to assume Anderson was not intoxicated at the time of Tuesday's incident, which would have resulted in more serious charges. Officers frequently initiate sobriety tests when alcohol is believed to be a factor in any alleged wrongdoing.

And a final clarification, Anderson is not thought to be currently wanted by police. As of Wednesday afternoon, Anderson, Cowboys officials and the player's attorney were aware of the new warrant released in Addison, and were prepared to pay his bond.

======

Looky here, the media is clearing up the "facts that are known" as we speak.

Cool how that works, isn't it? I can't wait to hear if there really was a leprechaun involved!! :lmao:
