Death Season to not only Wade but ...........

This is not just a death season for Wade Phillips......I truly believe this season is vital for both Romo and Garrett. I will go one step further on the Romo Situation and tell you if he fails to take the Boyz to the Playoffs and Win at least one Game, his season is a failure and going further maybe the end of his starting QB Position with Dallas. I just feel at that point the Owner, Coaching Staff, Media and everyone else's Grandmother would realize with proven results that Tony Romo simply doesn't have the Leadership Qualities to lead the Dallas Cowboys to a higher level. Now in saying this barring Injury, staying healthy the kid out of Texas A&M, Stephen McGee does possess the Confidence and leadership ability to do what Romo might not be able to accomplish. I actually believe that McGee if he stay's healthy might have a better NFL career than Stafford.

Please post your responses regarding the Romo situation. Does others feel as I do or am I jumping the Gun a little?

......

If we don't win at least a playoff game this year then yes, Wade will probably be out along with Garrett.

Will Romo be out? Probably not. He is still seen as a productive quarterback so it must be the scheme he's in or the coaches inability to manage the team.

Will McGee take over for Romo? No, not any time soon. 2-3 years down the line maybe. If we continue losing then probably just 2yrs but there would have to be a whole lot of changes to the team in order for that to happen.

These things are hard to predict because you don't know the direction this team will take in the future. For example, if Wade gets fired and Garrett looks pedestrian again what coaches will we bring in? Will we go with a west coast system in Holmgren or a run first system in Shanahan.

What will are defense look like? We would proabably stay a 3-4 but who would coach it? there's no coach on the roster besides Wade who could coach this defensive scheme.

So if Wade is gone ater the season the last thing I'm worried about is Romo. He has proven he can at least move the offense for 3/4 of the season.

I once thought that Donald could kick Daffy's butt, but then I slowly realized that Daffy's a loon and you just can't beat crazy.

A 5 year old duck is aged. Ducks have a life expectancy of only 7-10 years.

Darkwing has the fancy gadgets, but Daffy would be his Joker as an arch-nemesis.
