Romo is here and will almost definitely be our starting QB for at least another 3 seasons. We are paying him too much and don't have a replacement.
Wade pretty much has to go to the NFC Championship game and not lose in an embarrassing fashion to keep his job. He might stay around if the defense puts in a historic year and the offense lets us down, but that's a bit of a longshot.
After last season I've become quite critical of Garrett, but I think it will take quite a bit for him to get the boot as well. Jerry is paying him quite a bit and he's been Jerry's guy from the first day he was hired. Also, he's well liked around the league as he was a respectable backup, an Ivy League Grad, and the son of a long time, well respected coach and scout. Garrett also seems to have quite the faculty for blaming others and convincing the right people that they are to blame. It wouldn't surprise me if the defense plays great, the offense stumbles in crucial times and Garrett convinces Jerry and Stephen that either Romo or Wade or Roy Williams was the problem.
Strangely, I still hold onto the belief that all 3 of these guys can get it done, but something always prevents that.
