What facts?

Let's take it back to the Cowboys, okay? Our defense held the 49ers to 19 points in our playoff game.

Did we lose because our defense didn't play well enough or because our offense did nothing?
combination of both. Do you doubt that if diggs dont olay on kittle and drop a bread basket INT on their only scoring drive had an impact on the game. And yes our offense did squat and Dak has to take his responsibility in that.

That one game doesn't negate the fact in how overall Super Bowl winners in NFL history have had good to dominate defenses or in the least a defense who can suddenly turn it on during a playoff run, even if they weren't that great during the regular season. As the last Super Bowl proved. It's hard for a team to win a Super Bowl, if the defense can't hold teams to under 30 or if a team is going to need 35+ points to win a game due to their defense performing poorly. The Eagles still win if their defense was able to do to Mahomes, what they did against the much lesser talented QBs they stacked up their stats against.

Also even in the case of shoot outs, the defense who is able to come up with the last stop, is the one who wins the game.

"Paying a stiff QB who needs to be carried by his supporting cast a quarter of your cap space isn't ideal but hasn't been an issue."

Just point and laugh at him.
You are better than hyperbole….at least I thought but then again most of your posts are links to other peoples ideas and not original content- so perhaps you are exposing yourself a tad.

Dak is not an elite mvp caliber quarterback that we all agree on but he’s also not a stiff….ironically however you’re mad that he was paid a massive contract extension and saying that’s the reason the team hasn’t reached your level of success. however at that time he deserved that deal. He hasn’t taken the jump we all hoped but the deal at that time? the cowboys absolutely made the right decision. It’s also now between like 12-14th highest in the league.

Once again, your mad about something that happened years ago. I live in the now. THIS team is talented. Any short comings or lack of success aren’t all on the quarterbacks contract…..again a low hanging fruit argument. Stick to the links

Burn bright twink.

I dont know if Hurts is Elite, but THIS year, he was Elite. If he didnt get hurt, he wins the MVP this year. Id say the guy named the best player in the entire league is elite, at least for that year he was.
to me you have to have done it consistently over several years to be considered elite . he has done it for one year, with a hugely strong supporting cast. Mahomes, Rodgers have done it for longer with different supporting cast and have performed at a high level for longer periods.

he played great this year. no doubt. but I would hold off on labeling him elite.

and MVP doesn't mean elite. so I often separate those.

not over your avatar. there is other history ;). you and few others are Bash Dak over Dallas trolls. the two extremes of the argument.
This might mean something if you had any credibility left, but you chose Dak over your credibility long ago.

The saddest part about is Dak doesn't even care that you made that sacrifice for him.

you are gunning for popularity. wow. more power to you. if there was a negative number I could shoot for, I would go for it. you on the other hand, live for that stuff....you actually compared your total likes as a measure at one point. seriously dude. you have confidence issues.

p.s. if those two were my fans, I would root for a different team LOL, I seriously would

2 things. First, I specifically said THIS YEAR HE WAS ELITE. Her was clearly elite THIS YEAR.

You do understand what it takes to be the MVP in the NFL, yes? Name me an NFL LEAGUE MVP that wasnt absolutely ELITE in the year they won it. Name me a single 1... Ill wait.

And I dont give one damn about a supporting cast. You either play elite or you dont. His running game was good, his TE is good and his WRs are good. So??? You telling me Joe Burrow doesnt have as good or better offensive weapons?

Defense can still win championships. The Super Bowl just proved that the Eagles defense was overrated.

no, the SB just proved that even a very good defense can get lit up... just like the Niners also did when they played.... damn who was it that lit them up..... oh yea, the Chiefs with the great Patrick Mahomes torching their arses to the tune of 423 yards and three TDs.... but hey, those defense get it done.
