Well, from my perspective, Bryant Johnson plays with Boldin, Andre Johnson, Pope and Edge. I mean, there are only so many balls to go around.
Here is a 6-3, 215 lb WR who can run, runs good routes, catches the ball and has good experience. His production, in a limited role, is actually pretty decent. What would he be if he were starting? He just finished his 5th season so he's got experience but he's still got several years in front of him. The price for this guy will be much cheaper then for any of the big names. The question for me is how much up side. He's not Boldin or Andre Johnson but that doesn't mean he's not very good. Those two are two of the very best in the league. To me, Bryant Johnson could be an excellent value.
That's what I see in him.
