If they were in position to draft his son - I could see it. Without that, there is no chance.
Good point, he is most likely a package deal with his son. I see them both landing with the Raiders, they have the 6 pick in the draft

Well, if there's someone that could convince Jerry to spend money, it might be him. However...I'm not sure the stadium is big enough to house both egos.

I don’t think Jerry and Dieon could make it through a minicamp together. Two of the biggest egos in the world. Just wouldn’t work.

Doesn't mean he wouldn't can we not bring race into this can we please not start this I don't care if that was your intent or not I believe he would hire any coach of any race if he deems them fit I mean he has to be a good fit it's hard to find a good fit but please don't say he wouldn't he's paid an awful lot of African American players but even that word is just not even right it's called black, black head coach, black players that is the new proper term just in case you've been out of touch...

Definitely don't need to be bringing that into the conversation, I gave you my list and I'm pretty sure Aaron Glenn might also be of black culture, I don't know I haven't seen a picture of him but I believe he is that's why he turned the job down in NE didn't like the way they handled Mayo..
Cowboys are one of a handful of teams that has never had a minority head coach.

I can see this......... the HC doesn't have to be the OC or DC and set schemes. He just has to keep everyone in line and accountable. He has to motivate players. We haven't had a coach with that much cred on the sideline since Parcels. Maybe Dieon can do that and Jerry can give him great coaches to support him.

Romo a better coach than deion? That's hilarious. Same guy who couldn't lead his own teammates can lead a locker room as a coach. Romo is Mr non confrontational. Stop it!
It was sarcasm. Romo has no coaching experience and I think Deon is overrated. Ultimately, Jerry will start next season in year 30 as our head coach while he hires another scapegoat to be fired for Jerry's failures as our head coach. This franchise is broken.

STOP hes NOT

I'm not sure why this story is blowing up everywhere just the whole Deion Sanders interest,

yes, Jerry Jones has a actual interest and he had the itch he called Deion he scratched it he wanted to find out where his head was about becoming a head coach for the Dallas Cowboys and how he would feel about leaving Colorado it was never a formal or serious interview process, but it really happened ,it was real, it wasn't about a circus, and Deion Sanders already said months ago that he was not interested in leaving college at this point that he has more work to do and he prefers teaching young players versus pro players he said it.

But of course everybody says Jerry's just doing this to get attention and now you're saying Deion listened only so he can use it as leverage for money none of this is true it'll work out that way because Deion Sanders probably is at least an up and coming coaching prospect for the NFL and other teams I'm sure have called it's not just Jerry ,he is a name that is going to be at least on some pre interview lists you know throw a phone call out see what sticks.
This is once again the fan base the media social media everyone getting ahold of the story that Jerry's interested in Dion and now we come up with all these theories there is no theories.....
This was simple of course it's attached to the Dallas Cowboys and people want to make it complicated Jerry was interested he made a call Sanders as he already said before he's flattered but he's not ready to leave college...
How is Cowboys will always be the biggest story on the planet they will always attach it to Jerry and create a circus that Jerry's not trying to create that's a fact now we can go back to the list everybody has for their own list that are more realistic..

I dont get the Deion Sanders love to Dallas. I love Deion dont get me wrong. But he still has a ways to go on the college level. He is just finding his groove in CU. I am struggling to see where he can develop talent if he is going to keep bouncing behind his sons and Hunter. He has had more than his fair share of struggles in college. He has a staff with alot of NFL experience but thats different on the college level vs the NFL. Alot of his leadership is good for young kids but how does that really look in an NFL locker room. Already read he is in negotiations to return to Colorado and he leaked this convo with Jerry to get more leverage in his contract talks but I feel like Dallas is already a circus with enough press outside of football, this is not a great football hire, its a great PR move but its definitely not what we need in Dallas.
