Not the best of websites, but could be the 2nd player JJT was talking about.

Dallas Cowboys starting defensive end Demarcus Lawrence will be suspended for a failed offseason drug test, a source with direct knowledge of the situation told Chat Sports on Wednesday.

Lawrence tested positive for amphetamines, according to the source, which typically carries a penalty of four games. The Cowboys are expected to make an announcement regarding the suspension within the next 24 hours.

Lawrence, the No. 34 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, played in all 16 games (13 starts) for the Cowboys in 2015. He tallied 8.0 sacks and 55 tackles on the season, finishing the year with a sack in seven-straight games.

The Boise State product played in only seven games as a rookie after suffering a fractured right foot in training camp. Lawrence had a strong showing in the postseason, however, recording two sacks, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. In the Cowboys' wild card playoff game with the Detroit Lions, Lawrence's sack and fumble recovery with less than a minute to go punched Dallas' ticket into the next round.

Odd that I have not heard a peep about this on Twitter.

I did tweet it to Fisher and Broaddus to see if they have heard anything but have not gotten a reply yet.

Hope it is fake...But I have a feeling it is real and the person that JJT was talking about.

This team has a lockerroom full of guys who have the intelligence of the guy in your sig.

If this is true and I would still stay away from Bosa with the Fourth Pick. If Tunsil is gone trade down and acquire more picks (that's if a team wants to do that and if the team gives Dallas a good offer).

There should be no panicking right now. Just make sound decisions and adjustments.

I just hope Jerry and his son don't reach for a DE.

Dallas Cowboys, "America's Drug Rehab Team". Give us your self absorbed, drug affiliated, women beating, coach slapping, late to practice players.
Sorry, for the rant, I'm just so tired of this "team" of self served wimps. Calvin Hill probably has more meeting participants than all the coaches combined. This is when a good ole fashion Code Red comes in handy. Yes I know, I can't handle the truth.

I'll be really upset if we end up drafting Bosa just because of this. We're at too high of a pick not to draft the highest impact player possible.

No it won't....not unless they are dumber than dirt
For months we've been talking about drafting best player available, that at #4 you need a decade type impact guy....now you think a 4-game suspension of demarcus Lawrence is going to change our draft plans?! Come on, man.

The guy could twist an ankle and miss the first 4 games....it doesn't change the #4 pick in any way at all.

It tips the scales if you are debating on whether to take Bosa or Ramsey or Elliot. That's not just 4 games, it's a year if it happens again.

This is ridiculous. The Eagles were stupid and traded up to 2nd and the Cowboys could of taken anyone they wanted, Now it has to be Bosa doesn't it? Need someone for 2 or 4 games, Whatever Lawrence's suspension will be. It's hard to believe this team was one bad call away from being in the NFC Championship a couple of seasons ago. The one thing this team does have in abundance is stupid. They are loaded with stupid players. I'm staying off Twitter today. I don't have the energy to argue with all the morons

Sidenote.....he was suspended 3 different times at Boise St. for bad behavior; one suspension included a bowl game. Those weren't for drugs, supposedly, but .... Sounds too true to be false....lol. We hope based on the fact that there are no other reports, but we accept it because there are also no immediate reports that the story is NOT TRUE. Most athletes would know about it by now and be calling boshie on it.

So starting ends before the draft are Irving and Mayowa?

Are moving Crawford to end?

Now we know why Jones said Crawford could be moved to DE

I'll never be able to fathom why these pro-athletes can't stay off their drugs. They're literally throwing away millions of dollars just to smoke some damn weed. Josh Gordon is the best example... the guy was about to get a fat contract (probably in the $60-$70m range), but nah... he'd rather do drugs. The guys who do this are either A.) complete idiots or B.) have a mental issue and should check into rehab. Either one I don't want on my football team.

It might tip the scales if you already view all of those guys as equals on your board and haven't decided which guy is best yet....anything could affect that decision. But if you had Ramsey as #1 and were hoping he'd be there, you don't suddenly switch to Bosa over Demarcus Lawrence...he has promise, but you didn't just suspend a hall of famer. When Scandrick was suspended for 4 games, we didn't suddenly draft CBs.
