DeMarcus Lawrence: We have to play against opponents + refs

I've been saying it's always inconsistent and we should win games regardless of bad/missed calls. Let's all be honest, we have enough low IQ players who get enough penalties.

But, there's plenty of data supporting a pretty significant issue that directly changes the game.

My plan is simple. Trim the fat and start over. (there's more) But, just like much in our World, it is a requirement to have a bunch of rich folk muddy the waters until it's unwatchable.

Maybe if Lawrence actually made a big play once in a while the refs BS wouldn’t matter. Biggest talker, least producer I can remember.
I dont like commenting on others posts but are you watching the games. I am not a huge fan of Lawrence personality but he might be our best all around Def player. The guy is a macine out there. Might be one of the most underrated players in the league.

The whining abt the refs whether valid or not makes them look soft.
I imagine the frustration grows week to week.

I can’t imagine watching out guys like Smith and Steele getting called for ticky tack holdings every single week and not get a single call in over four weeks

He’s an absolute stud against the run

Again, super glad to see the Ref stuff come to light! I don't care if they don't call holding penalties on Parsons, but in the same game don't call holding on our O-Line!! Simple!
When we get a holding penalty, the drive is completely ruined. Time for a change. If we get the calls in the Post-Season for the first time ever then good chance
Cowboys win, that's why everyone is frustated. All these "Sound Soft, quit whining" guys can thank us, or do some research!

2023 Cowboys vs Niners - penalties = Cowboys 7 - 49ers 3
2022 Niners vs Cowboys - penalties = Cowboys 14 - 49ers 9
2016 Packers vs Cowboys - penalties = Cowboys 6 - Packers 3
Should we keep going, should we discuss the Dez Bryant catch and get into the Romo era?

All of these games were lost by one possession, all poorly officiated REF games.

Very little production at position where stars produce. I have quoted the stats before. Compare his production to the star players at DE. He is not in the same league. Few sacks. Few TFL. With Parsons he gets more one on ones. Still can’t make big plays. I hear about how good he is vs the run. The Dallas D is routinely exposed by good running teams.

Bet, Demarcus over power the bullies. You don't have to cheat to do just that. Crush them in the jaw straight up!

By the way DeMarcus, good game yesterday. Couldn't be ignored.

It's obvious there is clear bias against the Cowboys when it comes to officiating a lot of the times. The fact Parsons gets as little calls as he does is ridiculous. Expecting him to 'play through' holding is laughable and all of this 'get tougher and play better rhetoric' is nonsense. Holding is called for a REASON. You CAN'T just play through holding because it gives the person blocking a huge advantage.

Having to continuously play through a tilted game where the officials can favor one side is nonsense, and what really looks soft is not calling it out when it has become a trend.

When other offenses can hold and commit all sorts of penalties and it's magically ignored but the refs have an eagle eye and can see when the defender breathes on the opponent, there's a problem. Games need to be called CONSISTENTLY at the very least. Occasionally missing one call is one thing or letting those calls go for both teams is one thing, but calling a super tight game for one team while letting the other team go is CHEATING. It's not incompetence, it's cheating.

If the offense still can't consistently move the damn ball, does it really matter if the refs are missing a few holding penalties here and there?
Dallas is #3 in yards per drive. #2 is penalty yardage.

So, yeah, I'd say it matters.

The Lawrence fan club is strong. Delusional but strong.

None of that matters. Winning in January matters.

So does every other team?

He's right, and I hope the players are all this candid. Coaches and Jerry too.

Maybe, just maybe, if we shine a bright enough light on the POS refs jobbing us on a regular basis, we'll only get screwed like 5 times per game instead of 10.

So does every other team. It's not good when the team not succeeding scapegoats referees. It's up to the teams to fix their mistakes and get better not look for a scapegoat for why we are losing. I hope the coaches don't have that attitude.

The officiating is actually getting worse and it's fat from being just against us.

The Giants receiver was outright absolutely mugged in the end zone yesterday on their last play....and the refs just let it slide
