So after 1 preseason game against #2's and #3's the entire league messed up allowing Vaughn to go to Dallas???? Damn man talking about anointing a rookie to greatness a little too soon.
Yes, he was playing against 2s & 3s, with 2s & 3s. He didn't have an advantage in blocking.

not so fast. I think shes referring to his entire body of work as well, before Dallas. What he did last week just confirmed how great he might be. If we see it again this week, then we have sumthin.

I like Deuce. I just want to see a little more before stating the "NFL messed up"
Go watch his K state film. Watch what he did every week. He wasn't playing for South Alabama. If anyone doesn't like him enuff by now, they never will.

I see so much potential for Deuce , gives me a little Barry Sanders vibes.

Maybe I need to cool my jets ...

we are talking BARRY SANDERS 'style' !!! ooh man
I see similarities in their skill sets and game. But we have to tread lightly or some mistake it for anointing him as “the next” when nobody is saying that.

Bold> She actually states that in the video but that portion of her commentary has been overlooked by several members.

By the end of the season no one will remember who Deuce Vaughn is, least of all Kay Adams

Seattle will be a great test. They are a great run defense team usually. If we have success, then we can revisit this talk.

I would love hearing/reading Larry Allen's opinion of others' assumptions, about how well <fill in player's name> should automatically perform at the professional level, based solely upon the particular schools he faced at the college level.

problem is, with Deuce, theres really no one else he can compare to. He's a combo of Barry Sanders and Sproles. somewhere in between the two I guess. He's very Unique. With Allen, many teams missed with him because of where he played ball. U just never can tell what a guy will turn into. Thats why the draft is like throwing darts.
