"We really don't have any evidence of this but, he has probably been doing this for years."

My point is she doesn't know wth she is talking about. Fist it was, he tried to hit me with a ball. Then it was he just picked up a ball. Then it was he hit me with a hat. Then his hand then he pulled my hair. Then she wasn't hurt, she said. Then days later she shows up and is in all this pain with bruised this and swollen that. All from almost being hit was a ball that apparently missed her and pulled her hair on the way by which snagged her blouse and and tore it off with such great velocity that it broke her bra and left her with unnoticeable injuries which didn't appear til days later.

All by a ball that he simply picked up.

Yeah, maybe it's #5.
