I wouldn't sweat it too much if I were you. He has a long way to go before his autograph is = to D.Ware or others. You'll get it next go round.
BTW, I am goin to Oxnard and would just be happy w seeing my team and a handshake at the most. If not, it's cool. Autographs would be great for my sons, though.

There's no way that everyone is going to be pleased when it comes to players signing autographs. I do believe that most of them try their best to give something back to the fans, whether it be as much as WE'D like them to or not, not everyone has the same amount of patience and understanding..

.. as we see on this board with some of the posters in this thread. The guy was obviously just disappointed over not getting a player's autograph after going all that way and buying his stuff, its perfectly understandable that he'd be a little frustrated.

The people on here who are laughing at him for this and getting on his case really amaze me. No reason for it, and i'm sure you'd be the same ones who were frustrated even more if you just bought a bunch of a certain players stuff and traveled all the way to see him and got the VIP passes.. and then didn't get their autograph. Get off the man's back..

I had a chance to visit the Cowboy's camp yesterday, my wife won VIP passes for the family. We all were excited, I bought an authenic helmet and a Dez Bryant (who happen to share our family's name) jersey, against my better judgement, I should add (Ware was my first choice). To get to the point, he came off as rather pompous.It's not that I didn't get our jersey signed, he didn't sign any autographs. He didn't practice, so that wasn't an excuse. Ware, Austin, Newman, and a host of other players took at least 5 mins to show love to the fans. Witten went as far as driving a golf cart to the fans seated behind the endzone and went from one end to the other signing. Sean Lee is another that took time to sign. It just don't register for me, a rookie should be humble, 10 min out of your time isn't too much to give to the people that is the reason you can make a living playing a game. Just had to vent.
