No lies told but I know some feelings will get hurt.

For years and years, many of us said that the Garrett-Romo-Witten bromance was poison for the locker room. It's why the team never felt like a true brotherhood. This year you are finally seeing what a tight-knit locker room looks like.

If you felt in your 3rd year that things in dallas went the wrong way then why did you signed your 2nd contract there ?

Just let it go.

It's over Daz. Here's the reality, you're a hasbeen. You're not changing history and you're in the history books as is.

No point in blaming folks.

Stop living your life in the rearview mirror and start using the windshield.

Garrett was from a coach's family. Everyone heard even Bill Parcells say that's his favorite type of footballer.

He was in the most cerebral position at QB. Even players like Aikman said he was one of the smartest players they've ever met and was meant to be a coach.

All places he went thought highly of him, including the Giants, who brought him back as offensive coordinator.

It just didn't work out. Let's stop the Garrett bashing and move on. You can point to many reasons, and hopefully Garrett figures out how to re-invent himself, because it's never fun being in his position of reaching the highest point and then having the rug pulled out.

If you want to blame anyone, point the finger at the guy who owns the franchise and makes the coaching hires.
Garrett is a scam artist, guy can't coach to save his life :clap clap:

complaining about the head coach, *****ing about tony and Witten, taking himself out of games mentally when he wasn’t as involved as he’d like. I watched Dez’s entire career and loved the guy. But he’s not really one to talk about Garrett’s flaws.

This what was wrong with the Romo/Garrett era Cowboys, then Romo and Witten trying to sell the locker-room that they're just one of the guys. LOL

The rug wasn't pulled out, the guy lasted 5 years longer than he was supposed to. Matter of fact he never should have gotten the job anyway. Looking at the job he's doing in NY just makes everyone fully aware of his incompetence.

I liked Dez new commercial with Good Eats.
Perhaps Dez Bryant will keep tweeting about old stuff long enough for it to pay off with Uber Eats putting Garrett and him together for one of their commercials in another ten years like Patrick Stewart and Mark Hamill.

Garrett was an average head coach whose friendship with the Jones family had everything to do with his extended tenure.

Dez was an elite wide receiver who destroyed a possible Hall of Fame career by being a loud mouthed punk and bad teammate.
Any fool can spot an average person.....but not any fool can spot a hall of famer...
