Its Garrett's playbook

You don't know that it is, Linehan has a playbook too, why the hell you think they brought Kellen Moore in. He knew Linehan playbook not Garrett's. Sheeesh think people. They coached together before coming here.

Not anymore. Maybe you missed the offseason.

Stephen Jones has done everything Linehan wanted.

Dez gone.
Dooley gone.
Pollack gone.
Lal hired.
Alexander hired.
Tavon Austin acquired.

Rumored
Stephen gave Linehan the power to limit Witten's snaps. Shortly thereafter Witten retired. Garrett went crazy trying to get Witten to stay and despite hate from Dez on twitter, Garrett didn't want to cut Dez.

Uh suppose he did have something to do with Dez getting released, how does Dez supposed to feel about that?
Yea I love Lee but I don't know what happened behind the scenes. Dez might have a reason. Should have just held his rant at the coaches and Stephen though. Dez just fires off tweets and doesn't think what he does. That's always been his problem.

Dez was a pain in the arse and it is pretty clear (a lot) of the team wasn't crying he left. I don't think they hated Dez. I just get the feeling they all thought he was an infantile, which...well...he kind of is...LOL

Okay, guys. When I say "soul" there is a figurative aspect of it. Some of you are having a hard time wrapping your head around that. And I don't know why.

Like, seriously? That tough, ey?

And why is the Cue Ball in this thread? Is he relaying Dez's comments or did he say his own normal derp bull ****?

Very idiotic of Stephen to even bring his name up. What purpose does it serve? If anything, it shows insecurity on the part of the organization with their QB.

Exactly. And of all days, he says it on th

Stephen is a pretty smart guy. He knew Dez would blow up over this. I'm pretty sure there was a back story to this. Would really like to know what it is.

Dez has lost his ****.

Cowboys won this war- because it is unlikely he ever plays for a contending team again. He will play, no question. But no team moving toward tangible success will risk bringing him in because he can't control his emotions.

All SJ did was poke the bear so the league can see what a fragile psyche he really has. Now there is little to no chance he suits up against Dallas and takes them to task for wronging him if he truly thinks that is what happened.

Irvin complained all the time, Aikman was strong enough to handle it. Dak wasnt there last year. Let's hope he drops his pair and controls the huddle. He couldn't control Witten either, that's why Jerry got him the ESPN gig like he got Romo the CBS job.
Come on, bro. Romo couldn't handle T.O., so Jerry got rid of T.O. WHILE T.O. WAS PRODUCING BIG NUMBERS, unlike Dez the past few years.

They played what Stephen said on Mad Dog radio.....he said [paraphrasing] it was hard for Dak to run the system with Dez and JASON in his ear....

I wonder if Witten is all butt hurt too??

but it's also funny to see these same people that blasted Dez and wouldn't listen to what he said, now want to listen because they think he validates their point....lol
Bryant isn't validating anything other than the fact he is a classless spoiled child who only thinks of himself. His inability to run a route quite possibly had a significant effect on the simplicity of the offense.

I applaud Lee and Frederick. He needed to be gone. You might even say it was a year or two late.
