Dez wasn't talking to cowboy zone. He was talking to bandwagon fans that are only along for the good times and don't care to be invested beyond the highs. Agreed that On a Cowboys message board like this, everyone's a fan so it doesn't apply directly, but there are a lot of idiots. And it's not due to a difference of opinion or perspective, it's due to lack of critical thought. I love arguing and feeling like I'm right, but a well thought out argument counter to mine is something I enjoy. The biggest problem is the adversarial way most disagreements are framed and folks get so entrenched on their sides, that all objectivity is thrown out and the agenda just becomes I'm right, you're wrong and fitting all the pieces into that lense.

But there are some stupid people here, voicing stupid opinions, with loud stupid voices who then cry for being called out for being stupid. Don't get caught up defending them if it doesn't apply to you

The guys using this as evidence for Dak are the same ones saying Dez can't run routes and Dez sucks and needs to be traded.. same ones calling out Linehan as being fault and needs to go. Same ones saying the OL is no longer blocking well..

This is just a make yourself feel better Post and Romo should still be starting over Dak, with all the time Dak is getting to scan the field and Zeke threatening defenses like crazy.. it's a no brainer...

I wholeheartedly agree with Dez on this. The face that Dak hadn't had a bad game up to that point amazed me. I wasn't surprised in the least that Dak struggled. I knew the Cowboys would bounce back and will make a run in the playoffs.

Gotta admire the fact that Dez is taking up for his QB. Fans are altogether too prone to playing the game of "what have you done for me lately?"

Dak has accomplished something extremely rare and valuable, while so many fans are knocking him at the first signs of trouble. Not good at all.

The "fake" fans here are more fans than Dez is a #1 WR in the NFL. Memo to Dez: learn your routes, don't take plays off, catch the ball and, when you do, don't fumble it in the most critical situation of a game. Real #1 WR's make the plays when it counts. The pretenders choke with the game on the line.

Dak doesn't have to be perfect, but he did need to play better. Why folks seem to think playing better = perfect kinda boggles. The offense bounced back and in a big way, so doubters like myself should feel better. I just want Ws. If they had lost yesterday, I actually would've been okay, because they looked better as an offense.

So no issues over here as far as I'm concerned.
