Didn't Norman say something similar about Dez ? The BS media is trying to say Dez is as culpable for the antics on the field. Norman is a complete tool. I rewatch the game 3 times, its amazes me that Norman never received a taunting or personal 15 yard penalty. Whats up with that? Im sure after the NFL reviews the tape, the Refs will have egg on their face- so to speak. I was actually proud of Dez for not retaliating, if he did the refs would have flown a flag.

Yeah it was last Thanksgiving.Josh Norman is a punk plain and simple. Side bar that's why I thought it was pretty strange they were buddy buddy in the first meeting in Washington.

I'm guessing Normans antics during the game did it. Trying to step on a WRs hand is pitiful and gutless.

I think Norman is a teenager with an attitude problem. Nothing about his game scares many of the star WR's.

But he gets in their heads. He irritates both Beckham and Dez. Dez is too obsessed with Norman - and that's what Norman wants.
Dez is upset that Norman got all in his money by saying he wasn't worth what he made. Norman went the one place you do go. Guys today don't like you talking about their money.
Dez has been stewing about his statement for a year, and it finally came to a head Thursday.

I'm glad Dez apologized, and I hope he develops more mental toughness; otherwise, other corners and teams are going to be all in his cranium, taking him out of his game and out of focus on what really matters.

Damn good corner. Piece of excrement as a person and as a competitor. Too chicken shizzle to let his play dictate what people will say about him. Has to make things muddy to hide his insecurities as a corner. I've lost what respect I had for his abilities and hope he's home for the playoffs and not because I don't want to face him. I just know with crap like him that should the red-scums slide he will start to point the finger at his own team and I'd love that little bonus to this season.

I'm sorry, but at what point was Dez out of his game on Thursday? From my vantage point, he seemed to do everything he was supposed to.

Do you mean like Malcolm Jenkings of the Eagles did in the pregame 2 years ago? Remember? Then Dez went on to torch the eagles for a few TD's.
Or like Norman did all game on Thanksgiving? And Dez went on to have an excellent game.

You see Dez isn't Beckham. You don't get in his head. You just motivate him and it ends up poorly for you. CB will be well served to just leave this man alone before he goes all Hulk like on them again.

It was obvious that Dez was frustrated. How that manifested in the game we don't know. He could have had more catches than he did. It could affect him the next game. We don't know. But what we do know is after the game he spends an inordinate amount of time talking about how he's going to expose Josh Norman. That is what happens when a player gets in your head. You can't get him out, and the game becomes not about your team's accomplishment but your individual accomplishment and how you showed up the next guy.
Fortunately, Dez apologized. Whether someone got to him and told him this or he realized it on his own, hopefully, he understands next time just concentrate on the game and not on Josh Norman.

Is Norman all he is made out to be? I don't think so, he gets in the head of WR's that it affects their game. This is the guy's plan all along. Dez burn't him several times and Dak just didn't see him. If Romo played in that game Norman would have been torched most of the day.

Dez had 3 catches when Norman was playing against him and no touchdowns. He had a complementary game, yes. I don't know if you could say he had an excellent game. But I'm good with complementary.

Actually, Beckham had a pretty good game against Norman too. But it's quite obvious Norman got in Dez's head. When you devote your time talking about him after the game and using the same line he used against you a year ago, that's deep, deep within your brain.

Not to mention trying to rip someone's ankle off. Besides the entire Patriots team, I dislike Norman more than any one player in the league. Cam is close. I would love nothing more than to see one of our OL take Norman out, legally of course (or not). ;)

And Dez didn't just burn Malcolm Jenkings when they got into a pregame spat. I don't care if Norman pays the price for getting Dez fired up or if another Skins CB pays for it. Same result.
I have seen nothing that makes me worry that Norman or any other player is going to affect Dez in a negative way by trash talk.

It was obvious that Dez was frustrated. How that manifested in the game we don't know.

Yes we do. 5 catches, 72 yards and a W.

He would have had a huge touchdown on the play where he juked Norman out of his thong on that deep post, but Dak didn't see him wide open.

You're doing a great job of trying to make it seem like Dez did anything but play his game, keep up the good work.

It's clear some of you guys have just developed a dislike for Dez and will take every opportunity to take a shot at him, despite the fact that the team you claim to root for is 10-1 and Dez has done nothing but support the team and give his all.

I don't love every player on this team, but I don't go from thread to thread looking for opportunities to trash the ones that I don't love, especially considering how this season is going.
