The change in DB coaches is what gives me hope, he seems to connect with these guys and they appear to be learning. Matt Eberflus is the defensive passing game coordinator designed to help the cohesion between the Cowboys’ front seven and secondary. Greg Jackson is the DB's mentor who was working under Jim Harbaugh at the University of Michigan before joining the cowboys.
I can tell a difference and hope it continues.

He needs a partner on the other side and a real LB corps (who are hot garbage other than Lee) and he will shine

Quite honestly, the entire secondary is playing MUCH better this year, which leads me to believe that the secondary coaching has been much better this year. What has changed there? Any new key additions/subtractions?

I'm ok with Collinsworth saying that because Wilcox to me plays better when he is closer to the LOS or when there is backup behind him.

When he is out on space by himself is when I get nervous because he just don't have the speed.

What I said is he started all 16 games in 2014 and is serviceable . What is there to disagree with?

His angles and while he has been wrapping more he still goes for the kill shot instead of the guaranteed tackle. Last night he bounced off sproles when he tried a missle tackle him high.

Boy did he lay the wood on sproles in the 4th qtr. Also saw him cover up a wr on a pass down the sideline. Maybe the dude is finally starting to catch on.

If that throw was on target hr would have been toast he had no clue on that play. He turned his head toward the ball as it glanced off the receivers hands.

It was pure luck that he distracted the receiver enough and didn't get a PI call, on that pass from Huff. If Jones was back there it would probably have been an interception. I think Heath is a better option is coverage. He at least has some range. Wilcox just can't turn his hips and he is half a biscuit away from being a LB. I just don't know if Frazier is ready or strong enough at the point of attack. Wilson and Durant can cover pretty well underneath on run downs. It's really the 2 high looks were they bring Jones down based on formation that they need an answer for.

I don't disagree if your definition of serviceable is that he stunk on ice
