In 2015, no, not really.

Especially when everyone within the organization talks about how hard a worker Tony is.

Again, perception means a lot. I don't care what everyone in the organization says. He may be the hardest worker. I don't see him at Valley Ranch but I do see the way he presents himself to millions of fans by some of his actions and words during the most cruicial/important times of this team and its less than desired to someone like me with such high standards, apparently.

All I can say to you haters is I hope I never see any of you complain about Romo or how bad the Cowboys are because based on most of ya'alls comments, you have no problem with not putting your best foot forward. GOOD NIGHT!

The facts are he's a UDFA who rose to become the starting Quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys and has played at a very high level for nearly a decade.

You seem to think he has accomplished this while half assing things.

What are you doing wasting time on this message board? I bet there is something you could be doing right now to improve yourself at your job. Doesn't appear that you are giving your employer 100% to me!

Now you're putting words in people's mouths. Or words in our posts is more accurate. Nobody is stating they are happy with losses,or failing to play up to expectations. And get off your imagined high horse. Your expectations are no higher than any other fan. It's just we can see the difference between too much partying/not taking a job seriously ,such as Manziel for example, and having an outside interest.

When they went to Cabo it was because they were given time off. Time off they had earned. Most fans don't have a problem with it because they understand it had no bearing on the outcome of the game. They had played the Giants twice that year. Plus they still spent plenty of time preparing for the game. If they had all just sat around home playing video games and drinking or just taking it easy during that time off. While not doing any kind of actual game prep. Which is what the majority of players do when given some time off. You'd have never heard about it,and wouldn't be complaining about it.
It's great that you spend as much time as you can trying to excel at your profession. But I guarantee if you were given time off,you would take advantage of it. You would also take advantage of anytime away from that job to try and enjoy yourself. And your production wouldn't suffer because of it. How much you make compared to an athlete or any other well paid professional has no bearing on the situation either. Like so many fans, you just take personal offense to your team losing and will look for any excuse you can to lay blame at the feet of the players instead of just accepting the fact that sometime the other team is just better whether it's overall,or just that game, and therefore wins. Tony is as dedicated to his profession as you are. I don't need any insider information to prove that. I can see it in the way he plays from week to week. And by the fact he has gone from being an UDFA to one of the top QB's in the game. You don't do that if you're spending too much time doing skits,"flirting" with celebrities,or running off to Mexico for a few days to relax and unwind.

I loved it! LOL! It was great! I loved the way he answered the door in his Superman jammies, but denied that's what they were, (because that's what he just normally wears, lol) and then they were both in their checkered jammies, that was just priceless. And the marshmellows in the mouth competition?? LOL. I love the way Corden was in the background spitting them all out of his mouth. lol. Just the whole girl's sleepover shindig was hilarious. Including all of the hand slap games. Takes me back to my junior high days. :p

I'm surprised they didn't show them playing Light As A Feather. lol. Or dragging out the Quija board! lol

ETA: Honestly, it just really shows what an incredibly cool guy Tony really is. I love him. I wish him the best, whatever that means for him and his beautiful family. <3

I am trying to fathom how anyone could possibly think a video where Romo slams both hands on the table following a Jenga loss was filmed in the past week. Kind of scary actually.

It was actually made clear that the video was taped a couple of weeks ago.

But him slamming his hands on the table and cussing, following the Jenga loss was pretty funny.

When you get paid millions of dollars and with his history of minimizing what most fans consider important, I don't find it the slightest bit amusing. I'm sure you two would have found it funny if they filmed him and Witten sipping umbrella drinks in Cabo during the bye week before playing the Giants instead of studying game film. After all, he's just enjoying himself.

It would be nice to actually see a piece on him of perhaps helping Cassel, going over film with the o line...I dunno, some how helping the team, instead of trying to be a comedian. Glad he made you laugh.

If football means that much to you where players cannot enjoy being a human away from the sport, there are healthcare professionals that are available.

How much time do you really think he spent making that?

IMOF, I have an important test coming up for my job and I specifically took time off to prepare for it because I know being at work woulld make it harder to prepare. So no, I don't always take time off work to enjoy myself. If you don't think Romo going to Cabo had an outcome on the game I disagree. We'll never know, maybe it wouldn't have, but I want to know the leader of a team I support did everything in his power to prepare for each and every game, especially a 2nd round playoff game. Going to Cabo isn't doing that.

Maybe its just me but I hold myself to the same standards. If I ever had a big test in college, football game in high school, tests for work, etc. I would do everything I could to prepare so even if I failed I would know I tried my hardest and did my best. If I were Romo I wouldn't be able to say that after going to Cabo.
