Did Cowboys cut two players because they didn't wear suits?

Exhibit A: Christine Michael looking like he's ready to make mixed tapes in a studio in Brooklyn. Also lacked production with Cowboys = CUT. Hit the bricks, pal!

If true, it makes zero sense. White was needed at corner with Mo out. Been saying it since he was drafted, Byron is a FS. Losing Mo and White hurt the team.

Exhibit B: David Irving. No jacket or tie, but not looking like a bum at all. He's treading a fine line, BUT CAN PLAY! = Massive Claps for you. Atta Boy, Irving!

Exactly what is so bad about what he is wearing? He has headphones on, a popular set of headphones for R&B and Hip-hop music (Not to stereotype, but I'm just going to guess that's what he listens to)

As always, **** what these players are wearing, I worry more about these players shoving unhealthy foods in their mouths hours or a day before a game.

It's okay, we have a Patmon. A guy who has been here since 2014 and was lost on two plays the other day and helped us lose a timeout.

Exhibit C: Corey White looking like he just came off a 12-hour shift of cutting down trees with that shirt, but otherwise, he's wearing slacks and dress shoes. Dancing a similar line as Irving, but he gets the Axe. Something beyond the dress code here.

If you looked through those 251 photos at all of the players, coaches, reporters, Doctors, etc.....in that context, you'd probably assume that he was there to service the lavatories and not travel with the team as a football player.

But on a serious note, I wonder if Christine already knew he was on his way out.

Those baggage handlers in the yellow vests sure looked impressed by all those nice suits that immediately get wrinkled or folded up sitting on a 3 hour flight.

Well, there you have it. Effective immediately, the dress code for heading to the 9/11 Memorial will be wrinkle-free "Dress Sweats" and sneakers.

The only thing that should be done is these football players getting that junk food knocked out of their hands. Never in my life did I think jeans would offend someone so much and be labeled a "bum".

I mean, the Jerry and Stephen can't hire some quality chefs to make these players some healthy food before the board a plane?

Thanks for the insights.

On players, do you think that right now, Claiborne will be brought back?

Claiborne will return as long as the price is right. He wants to stay, and the staff is happy with his play this year.

Carr might be back too on a fresh deal. He also really wants to stay.

The thing is that if you end up causing enough problems and don't have enough ability you get cut. Romo or Dez could show up in a banana hammock and get fined. The final guys on the roster should know enough to keep their noses clean, especially if they're having any issues on the practice field or locker room. I thought White usually looked good when he played, but we have no clue how he practiced. Michael didn't play well so his cut makes perfect sense.

Last comment, then I'm out.

I have a source. They were not cut because they didn't wear suits.

I wish this would get through, I really do, but years from now the same 3 or 4 posters will be still whinging about Garrett because he claps, called a couple of bad time outs and cut some backups for not wearing suits.

Still not sure about what the 9/11 Memorial has to do with a football game in NJ. I understand that JG and his wife visited the site previously but it just seemed like an odd choice to me. Maybe he took it personally since it was his idea.

I don't care what the players wear but do get that they should be presentable (what Brandon Carr is presenting in leather pants is .. well....). But my initial reaction to seeing that picture of Michael with the airline baggage handlers was that he was one of the baggage handlers on a break.

How long was the dress code for men and how long was it for women in the company handbook at your job?

Is it ok to have a coat over your shoulder instead of wearing it?

Would a leather jacket be an acceptable substitute for a fabric coat?

Is it easier on a player's ego to say that he was fired for not wearing a suit, or he didn't know the plays, or the team had found someone better?

Is a dress kilt in the family tartan acceptable?
