Gregory hasn’t given himself a chance to play enough to be all he can be. If reinstated he will be like a rookie again. His contract will be up soon I think? Does he owe us 1 or 2 more years? I know 1 year didn’t count.

Sorry not impressed so far Gregory has been a failure, he gets a chance that is all. He has not done anything. His last 2 games were over a year ago it means nothing. I'm glad he will get another chance I just hope he is smart enough not to blow it. Right now I am high skeptical of him and in my eyes has a lot to prove before I am willing to act as if he is some savior.

But you keep going back to 2 games he had over a year ago as if that means anything or you refer to Josh Gordon a player who had already established he could play at a high level in the NFL before he was suspended. Gregory has proven nothing thus far.

He has much to prove and quite a bit of competition for the DE spot, based on what I saw when he did play it was not overly impressive and certainly not to the hype level he got after the draft.

Gregory issues was with smoking weed..... End of story. That's why he kept being suspended. He hasn't failed a drug test in almost 2 years which means he will no longer be suspended and will be dependable on the field. He doesn't have character issues, drinking, beating women etc. His problem has now been fixed. Seems like you have an agenda against Gregory for whatever reason. Stop living in the past what he has done it didn't do, think about him being a rookie coming in fresh with top 5 talent in the draft....... But with NFL experience

I don't sit here making excuses, he was drafted to play football but fricken failed a drug test at the combines and has failed others since, Dallas was stupid to take this guy, there were major warning signs which is why other GM said they would not touch him. He has pissed away major time, his actions forced Dallas to look for others to help at DE instead of addressing other needs. This is not a halfway house Dallas is running. As for him being dependable in the future we don't know that and we do not know if he will ever live up to the billing. My concern is with the team so for the team sake I do hope he can come in and prove himself on and off the field but he has given me ample reason to not put much trust in him, that will be something he will have to earn

See you're looking over the fact he deals with mental issues and smoking helped with that. Wasn't like he was smoking for the fun of it like Gordon. Ask Scandrick and Dez about being able to do whatever they want with no punishment

Dude what don't you get that he no longer smokes and has passed every drug test for almost 2 years. It's a really simple concept and not hard to understand.
