Have no problem leaving him out. He played like a guy in line for a huge payday who doesn’t want to get hurt. What sucks it that guys that do that typically do that never return to form after getting paid. He is proving his contract is his sole motivation, not being great and/or winning.

He missed a tackle on Kittle who is a top 5 TE in the league and is exetemely hard to take down one on one in the open field. That was embarrassing play for him but to say he can't tackle at all is hyperbolic silliness because we've seen him make sure tackles. I believe he will get better because of that. He knows that he shouldn't have ducked his head there...

Agree, Diggs lack of effort on tackling and especially the non attempts hit on Kittle and hit his own player really soured me on Diggs, for now.

Bland does not belong yet, as he really did not come on until later in the year, after Lewis and Brown were injured. Otherwise they may have not known what they had in him for a while, if at all. Though the coaches had to have known and seen something in TC for him to make the roster.

Its actually a pretty known fact he won't set the edge against the running game. Look and see how many time he was attacked with screens and runs to his side.
