Direct TV Sunday ticket deal

I was a new DirecTV customer just before last season started and I did NOT order the Sunday NFL Ticket, but midway through the season I found out they automatically had subscribed me to it (I was signed up for auto payments and didn't realize they were billing me extra). I was so mad. But at that point, I figured I might as well go ahead and finish the season. Sigh. I'm definitely NOT going to allow them to bill me extra for it again this year.

Just pretty poor customer handling when they tack on additional services like that without my ever even having ASKED for it.

You should have just called them. They would have taken care of it. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with.
